City stars Jon Parkin and Richard Cresswell showing off the new 07/08 away kit.

Here it is, City's brand new 2007/08 away strip. The design is bound to be another hit with the fans, following the success of the new home kit .

The new 'Midnight Blue' design has been made by Le Coq Sportif using the latest fabrics and manufacturing technology. The main body of the kit has been manufactured out of a polyester interlock fabric which specifically helps keep the body cool and dry by removing the moisture.

The kit also aids perspiration by using mesh panels at the front and rear of the shirt to ensure players achieve optimum performance levels at all times. The shirt will be worn for the first time at St. Mary's tomorrow and will be available to buy from the Britannia Stadium Club Shop and 'The Store' in Hanley next month.

Retail Manager Wayne Cowan says: "The new Le Coq Sportif Home kit has been hugely popular and I believe that this Away kit will be just as in demand." The Midnight Blue colour acts as a striking contrast to the bright Red and White Stripes of the Home kit and, although a very strong colour, it is also subtle enough that it will be just as suited to being worn on the street as it will in the stands."
