The pre-round poll for the best EPL football shirt of the year has ended. With a total of 3289 votes in the last 4 days the 10 winners who will go into the Football Boots awards 2008 on Footy-Boots.com are : Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bolton Wanderers, Fulham, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Portsmouth and Sunderland.
We will be focusing our attention on setting up an FSC (world-wide) football shirt award for 2009 and any feedback on how to make next year's football shirt award a honest one is welcome.
Footy-Boots.com will be launching the Football Boots Awards 2008 on the 21st July.

Ditto Liverpool, which was pretty bland and shouldn\'t have ended up anywhere near the top 5.
Sadly, it seems people will vote for their own team irrespective of the design so I can\'t really see what you can do to make sure any future vote is \'honest\'.

If only people would see it as feedback on what others thought of the design of their shirt, rather than something personal, but then maybe I\'m too idealistic (gotta be I guess to support Wolves AND Motherwell! :whistle:
