Diadora and Cádiz CF together unveiled their new football kit which will be used by Cadiz in the remaining 08/09 season as they have signed a 4-year kit deal until 2012/2013

The new 08/09 kit will be sold in the club shop, but this shirt will not be the final one.

Alex Almeda, the general director of Cadiz CF, said that "these are the first football shirts in stock, but we are developing a new order to arrive at the store soon. And we're already working on the new 09/10 kits for the next season."

Cambridge United announced the launch of their new all light blue change kit, which will be worn for the first time at the Torquay United game on 6th December 2008.

Club Secretary Wayne Purser explained the choice: "The current white kit caused us problems on several occasions last season when we had to wear the yellow 'Sweden lookalike' kit instead, and this season at Forest Green the referee was touch and go about us wearing either kit, eventually letting us wear the black and amber shirt with white shorts and socks."

Millwall's new third kit is flying off the shelves in the Millwall Club Shop. The kit has a retro design and is proving a popular buy with supporters.

The orange kit is sponsored by Bukta teamwear. The club's main sponsor CYC only agreed to sponsor the home and away kits and this gave Bukta the possibility to put its name on the 3rd kit.

Millwall Kit Manager Adrian Wisson said : "It's not a traditional colour - but having a third kit gives you a chance to choose something a bit off beat."

"Chelsea wore a bright kit a few seasons ago and we thought it could benefit us to go down a similar route."

Hearts midfielder Michael Stewart launched the Clydesdale Bank Premier League's Poppy Day Fixtures, as the top flight in Scotland marks Remembrance Weekend as one for the first time.

To symbolise the importance of the event, Hearts embroidered not only a Poppy on the player's shirts, but the name of seven players who gave their lives for the name of the country's freedom.

Every club will join Hearts in wearing a poppy, the world-recognised symbol of remembrance, to show their support for the 2008 Scottish Poppy Appeal. The poppy appeal organisers wrote to the 12 clubs asking them to wear the one-off kit - and all agreed.
