The new MK Dons 08/09 home shirt was released during Roberto Di Matteo's opening press conference. The new manager's first jobs was to unveil the brand new MK Dons home shirt by Nike.

This season's shirt is Nike's Dynamic Game Jersey in the Dons customary white and retains Marshall Amplifications as its main sponsor.

The shirt is inspired by Nike's Dri-FIT construction which draws sweat away from the skin, keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. Dri-FIT mesh side panels keep the wearer optimally ventilated and move moisture rapidly away from the body.

More visible new features include a wrap-over collar, black flash on the front left of the shirt and two black flashes on the back, while sleeves are also trimmed with black piping.

It\'s still depressing that this is what\'s left of Wimbledon. What a terrible name for a club, a horrible badge design. They\'re even worse than something the MLS would come up with.

BLAND

Of all the colour combinations for a club to choose, MK Dons chose the dullest possible.

No real thoughts about the club that doesn\'t exist. Its disgusting what MK Dons did to Wimbledon. Why don\'t you drop the Dons? I\'m sure theres no Dons fans left in your ground.

This Nike template is horrible, but I don\'t know why,I\'m feeling to give it a 3/5..

Great sponsor!
I must admit that I like also the badge

Maybe I\'m impopular, but I hope one day to see MKD in premierhip.
Iknow what MKD did to Wimbledon FC, and I also know that this team has not his own identity, but people\'s hatred is giving it a great characterization.

we might be sharing a ground with this lot, for them and us that wud mean more hatred.
Everybody has their own opinion about this club and there\'s no doubt what they did in the very recent past was totally wrong but the way their going is up and up, and i think Di Matteo will be a good coach for them, shirts average though (it\'s a football shirt forum remember)

I agree what was done was wrong - however vitriol should be sent towards the Football League and FA for allowing it to happen! Also UEFA should have stepped in, in the interest of the game. Rant over.

Shirt wise - nothing special apart from a sponsor that will excite musos out there! The black flash on the front is not a positive to be promoting - looks like Nike wanted to get rid of excess black material somehow!

Regardless of our thoughts on the history and formation of this club, the shirt ain\'t anything to write home about.

Bag out Franchise FC all you want, however don\'t bag out the MLS who have shown that their integrity to football is better than those behind the move to MK!

Boring run of the mill 20 quid Nike t-shirt with the Franchise logo sewn on, making it 40 quid when the freaks go to buy it. Rubbish

I see that Winkie is getting maximum value out of his new \"big name\" manager - can\'t see this one being a success though.

As far as the shirt goes - Bland, bland, bland - even splashing Di Matteo across it isn\'t making it interesting - just imagine what it will look like with \"Baldock\" on it B)

Off the peg Nike design bought by the McDons trying to impress the rest of the football world, pretending to be a proper football team. My sunday league team could have this if they wanted.

Black and white hoops would be better, with a mask and a bag on the back marked \"SWAG\"

Thieving franchise scum.

Apparently they choose white to copy Real Madrid as they\'ve got so much in common with them (history, success, fans etc.)!

Or perhaps Winkelman thought they might become available to move there too to build another supermarket?

What a joke club.

Having been a wimbledon fan for 20 years, I can\'t pretend to like these guys, However they have given us our trophys back, and as soon as they drop the Dons bit and come up with the final bit of their own identity we can all move on... maybe they could put a rondabout in the middle of their empty badge or something?

As for the shirt.... It\'s ok...
Buy the AFC WIMBLEDON shirt instead!

Acually I know about 8 and seen many more Wimbledon shirts around MK...

We didnt kill them, they killed themselfs. If the fans decided to go and help thier team they\'d be fine.
