As a Red Devils fan, I\'d be ecstatic if those were Arsenal\'s new shirts. Why no white sleeves on the home?! Their fans are going to be pissed. And that green, navy, and maroon away is shocking.

they look very much like the style of the kits you would get in the 90\'s

all nike need to complete the collection is for the 3rd kit(necessary under UEFA competition rules) to be a resurrection of the green chest&body/blue sleeves combination from the early 80s.
all that needs to be said is that the kit was only used a handful of times.

What is the whole kit like as in socks and shorts like if you have seen the kit? Hopefulyl we stick with white socks because I hate us when we play in red socks, don\'t know why really!?

What the censored. No way thats not Arsenal thats spolit the look of the shirt. The sleeves should be kept white as it looks more distinctive as pure red all over. The away kits not to bad but I prefer the current home strip

Don\'t really like it. Looks like a mix of the 2000/2002 home kit and this seasons shirt. If they gonna bring back old kits, bring back the shirt from the 60s and 70s!!!

i can confirm that these kits are official due to next season bieng the 20th anneversary of michael thomas scoring in the last minute at anfield in 1989 to hand us the title. the release dates for both kits/shirts are july 14th 2008

its a joke. 1st we keep the same home kit for 2 seasons, and then they release a kit that isnt even that great!! maybe i just need to get used to it. the 3D image looks better than the pic posted at the top. have we got one for the away kit??

The home shirt is too red in my opinion, the sleeves should be all white, but it is very similar to the 2000-2002 one, and that was a nice kit. I\'ll probably buy it

The away shirt looks to be an homage to Mickey Thomas in 1989 as some other people have said, like the 2004 away. It would make sense considering the year. If you look at the decent picture on the left it\'s a lot less washed out, and I could imaging myself wearing that. I\'m glad it\'s back to being yellow and blue, I never liked the yellow/charcoal one we had a couple of years ago.

As far as kits being kept for two seasons, I bought the white Arsenal one the other week (it took a long time for it to grow on me!), and there was a label which said the white one would be the first choice away this season, then second choice away next year. Hopefully that means they\'ll ditch the horrible Barcelona-style one.

These kits are quality. Arsenal are bringing it back to the old skool and the away kit is a replica of Anfield 89\'....A right touch if you ask me.

I think that both shirts are very cool and are very nice. I like the home shirt especially and I think it will look cool. I think its better than the 06/07 and 07/08 home shirts. Good Job Nike..

Why do we we need another top this season? and if the powers that be deem we need one can\'t they at least make it tasteful and worth while buying,perhaps more time and effort should be taken to keep the team together, it doesnt matter what a kit looks like if there are no players worth watching.......

I can understand Arsenal wanting to go back to the yellow based on 89. But why couldn\'t nike have done a better design on that? It looks crap. I\'ve seen way better yellow/black shirt designs before.

Pictures were released on this website last year showing that we were going to have an inter style away top and that didnt happen. Anyway the home top is not to bad, especially with the dark red piping clear on the 3-D one, but away top might look better on all the glory supporting people of Man. U. its ok, they haven\'t been confirmed. so the chances are they aren\'t the official kits, just a prototype or something. as an arsenal fan, if they are the shirts i am not buying either. last seasons home shirt was alot nicer, and the away kit. the white was stylish, although it was ruined by the censoreding gold writing all over it

Loved the white kit from last season, thats gonna be the 3rd kit for next season. Like this new Home kit too - very neat & tidy (somes arsenal up).

Not convinced by the away but its not as if i wont buy them both - whoever you support you either support the club or not, the shirt should be proudly worn whatever it looks like. Good enough for the Players, good enough for me!!!

The home kit aint too bad, the away one look very similar to the Adidas strip from \'89, The current white away strip will become the 3rd choice.

The home kit doesn\'t look bad,even it does look like a rehash of the Dreamcast kit of the late 90\'s.
The awat kit has the look of the kit from the late 80\'s early 90\'s.
both kits aren\'t ground breaking but i bet there will be a hell of a lot worst kits this season
