The Brazilian football club Coritiba launched its new line of football kits for the 08/09 season after signing a 3 year deal with the Italian Lotto as the official supplier of their football equipment.
Coritiba's first kit was used from 1909 to 1916, and was composed of green and white vertical stripes. Coritiba's second kit, used from 1916 to 1976 was an all-white one. The current home kit is composed of a white shirt, with two green parallel horizontal stripes and black shorts and white socks. The away kit is composed of a green and white vertical stripes shirt, black shorts and green socks. These kits were adopted in 1976.
The 2008-2009 home shirt maintains the traditional model, with two horizontal stripes in green and white. The away shirt follows the same pattern, with vertical stripes in green and white.
