New Leyton Orient 2008/2009 Puma kits unveiled

Leyton Orient have unveiled their new kits for the 2008/09 season after signing a four-year deal with sportswear giants PUMA. The O's will again be playing in the iconic braces design, with the home kit in True Red and the away kit in Olympian Blue. PartyGaming take their sponsorship of the Club into a second year, and PartyBets.com, their online bookmaking brand, will appear on the front of the shirts.

The replica shirts, modelled here by Adam Boyd and Tamika Mkandawire, will be on sale in the Club Superstore from Saturday May 3, at GBP 40 in adult sizes and GBP 30 for kids.For the first time, the Club are offering ladies' fit home shirts, which also retail at GBP 40.

    Puma has hit the mark for once. Leyton Orient\'s decision to retain the braces is spot on. If you have a distinctive design - like Leyton Orient, Birmingham City, Carlisle, now Crystal Palace - you really ought to keep it instead of messing about with boring single colours. Imagine Ajax playing in all white! Rotten.

    Wolves should perhaps think about bringing back their three wolves badge, and maybe it\'s time for Burnley to re-introduce their light blue V.
