This is the new Southampton 2008/2009 away kit made by Umbro.The away kit, for the first time designed for the club by Umbro goes on sale at 9am, Thursday 17th July in the stadium Megastore, WestQuay and Sanders Sports in Newport IOW.

I like it, it s a good template,but maybe the colour is nothing special.

Not keen on the collar or the fussy back, but the rest is nice. Very similar to Hull\'s away shirt though.

I like back of shirt, it\'s absolutely fantastic! Great kits, but they can choose better colours for goalkeeper, i don\'t like yellow with grey so much...

The funny thing is it was Southampton that got the benefit of Man Utd wearing the second most infamous grey football kit ever (Hello England!

), and now they have one!

This is good though. This darker grey looks pretty smart.

Lucky that Soton won\'t play Man U at Old Trafford - they wouldn\'t be able to see their own players in the grey kit!

Best bit is the home socks - awesome!

Although the grey might be a winner (as a Wolves fan I\'m not planning on buying it!

) but the back of the grey shirt will be pointless once a number goes on.

Umbro, drop your logo - do you think we care for you more than our club\'s badge?!?!
