Diadora announced its new 3 years sponsorship agreement with Standard Liege, the current champions of the Jupiler League, the Belgian First Division.
The new kits developed for the 2008/09 season in red, white and blue colour way mirrors Diadora’s idea of innovation and style as a winning recipe for success and is the result of the Gamma project: designed like two gammas meeting and complementing each-other, this is the very first project that embraces both uniforms and accessories, from ball to shin-guards, from boots to keeper’s gloves, a total look that speaks of study and development.
Diadora is very happy of this enriching relationship with Standard Liege, a team also known as "Les Rouches" ("The Reds") for the colour of their home shirts, that embodies the essential values Diadora want to communicate when it comes to sports: team spirit, resilience, passion and talent.

However the blurb accompanying the new kits is ridiculous:

Anyway, my point is that the blurb accompanying the kits is ridiculous and utter bollocks!!
still, could be worse...
Oh, the kits are nice too.
these are Valenciennes shirts, without the V on the front.
2008/09 season is not started, and I\'m already sick of this Diadora template with its curvy lines.
It\'s easy to imagine SSC Napoli next shirts..
I hope that Diadora will do somethin\' different for Napoli coz they are greater club than Liege or Valienciennes. It will be a disgrace for the club with players like Maggio, Denis and Lavezzi to wear identical shirt with shite players from shite clubs like Liege n Valenciennes
the girl lools like she has a censored :s
Our players are really strong and better than maggio o denis!!!!
Remember the name of Fellaini, Defour, M\'Bokani, Jovanovic and Witsel....
Standard Liege will be in the UEFA Champions League 09/10... And SSC Napoli?....
Thanks to respect anybody!
