These are the Suriname World Cup 2010 qualification home, away and goalkeeper kits made by the Dutch brand COPA. The Suriname Football Association (SVB) and COPA have signed a 4 year contract in which COPA will be the official kit supplier for the Suriname national football teams.
Although the former Dutch colony (named Dutch Guyana, until 1975) is located in South America, it competes in CONCACAF, together with Guyana and French Guiana.
Many Suriname-born players and Dutch-born players of Surinamese descent, like Ruud Gullit, Frank Rijkaard, Edgar Davids, Clarence Seedorf, Aron Winter, Romeo Castelen, and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink turned out to play for Holland.

Has a retro feel to it in ways.
The green as no class whatsoever mind
Overall 2.5/5
away is bad
I made an entry on my blog about the kits giving FSC due credit for the nice find

White shirt is nice, although the badge should be on the left, and the star further down on the shirt. Green shirt is average, but still better than some others out there.
Only too bad that the results in the WC qualification are not so great!
7-0 loss..!
The football is also not FIFA APPROVED. THe footballs of COPA are just approved by COPA> This is not the football used is International matches. Now I understand why the Surinam team has performed so bad in their qualifications. Its because of the outdated outfit and the not FIFA Approved football they play with. See www.fifa.com
The Surinam Football Association should know this, at least the wellknown players like Clarence Seedorf and Edgar Davids who are regurarly is Suriname. Shame on you COPA, you are such a cheap and misleading company !!
