Nigel wanted to show us this early shot of what appears to be samples of the Wolves' new home and away kits made by Le Coq Sportif for the 2008-2009 season.
Wolverhampton Wanderers play in one of the most famous and recognisable strips in British football.
The traditional colours are old gold shirts and black shorts although in the club's early days the team sported various versions of these colours including old gold and black stripes and old gold and black diagonal halves.
The traditional away colour of the Wolves is all white but they used black kits and dark blue kits a lot in the last 4 seasons.

These pictures were leaked by someone I know on the Wolves forums yesterday but they were later politely told by the clubs to remove the pictures as they\'re not being unveiled until tomorrow evening!
vile strip anyways.
attract all the bees.
No its not.
Its the same as the nearest shirt only it is long sleeved and a \'leisure\' fit for fans of a more portly nature.
Please read my previous post...
They are different shirts though
And can i just add why cant people see that the left shirt and the right shirt are the same apart from the fit and one has long sleeves?
Are you people really that thick?
they only have different shorts to show that we have 2 types.
Moving on about the kits...
At last!
A fitted kit with a normal sized/shaped neckline as for the usual MASSIVE neckline with the OVERSIZED fitting that we always seem to have.
Granted the shorts and the Away shirt are rubbish but at least we have a nice home shirt worth spending the money on.
Ok My friend My mistake...
the one on the far right it just the long sleeved alternative to the one on the far left.
i dont really like the away kit
but the middle one is looking god
sorry i mean far left not middle, duuuuuh haha
still im byin it its nyc
But I\'d love Wolves to bite the bullet and go for GOLD rather than orange or some sort of ginger. Don\'t u guys go getting all traditional on me, I\'m fully aware we play in old gold, but really folks, lets face it its orange and at worst ginger. Lets not be scared to play in gold. It would certainly look nicer than this damned colour we all have to buy at the moment. I for one would love not to have to buy the away shirt just because i dont wanna stand out like an oversized fruit.
Gold make em gold
Hi to the coldseal pigs....
It\'s against the laws of the game for a golakeeper to have a same coloured kit as anyone else on the pitch.
Is the one in the midle definatly the second or is it the goalie top etc..
