Wrexham FC unveiled its new kit for the 2008/09 season made by Umbro. The Reds' new home kit is due out in mid-August while delivery of the away kit, which was supposed to be available from Saturday, has been delayed. Samples of both home and away shirts are on view at the club shop and the club is continuing to take orders from those who want to buy the new kit.

Umbro director of football Simon Marsh said: "As a partner of the club it is with regret that we have placed Wrexham Football Club and its fans in a situation whereby the intended launch of the new away kit has been delayed.

"We accept full responsibility and apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Guys, there was a time long long ago when Umbro used to have 1 twemplate for their kits and kept those/that template for about 3/4 years, those days were the mid/late 70s\'. <br />it isd a smart kit, Wrexham haven\'t been goiven\' teamwear\' hand-me-downs like Nike do to some clubs, it\'s a good kit, they should return to Div 2 with pride wearing this one.
