Zenit St. Petersburg 08/09 3rd Puma Kit
This is the FC Zenit St. Petersburg 3rd kit made by Puma for the 08/09 season. Zenit, which is currently is the richest club in Russia, due to the sponsorship of Gazprom, will wear the kit for the first time in the European Super cup this Friday.
Zenit are the 2007 champions of the Russian Premier League and the holders of the 2008 UEFA Cup and they will play they will play against the Champions of Europe, Manchester United in this match.
United carried off the European Champion Clubs' Cup thanks to a nail-biting penalty shoot-out win over English rivals Chelsea FC in Moscow – the third time they have captured the prestigious trophy.
Zenit were the pride of Russia after defeating Rangers FC 2-0 in Manchester to claim the UEFA Cup – the club's first-ever European honour.
Monaco has been the traditional venue for the game, as well as other festivities kicking off a new European campaign, and this summer is no different as the Principality's Stade Louis II welcomes UEFA Champions League winners United and UEFA Cup victors Zenit on Friday 29 August.

iirc, Blue was their home and White was their away(which they wore in the UEFA Cup final cuz of Ranger\'s blue) So if their home was blue, why cant they wear blue? agst Utd\'s red?

That is the same club that seen child abuse at their Celtic Boys Club, where Jimmy Torbbett touched up kids like Alan Brazil and instead of going to the cops the whiter than white Jock Stein decided to keep it under wraps.

Every time I have been to Ibrox I see knuckledraggers outside selling their BNP magazines ~(especially the underground). Inside the stadium I hear the racist and sectarian abuse (Why don\'t you go home etc?) So combined with the bigots of Zenit UEFA must have had a PR seizure over last years UEFA final.
