Brighton and Hove Albion unveiled the new red and black 09/10 away kit made by Errea.

The material is manufactured using Errea's revolutionary nanotechnology, which makes the shirt water resistant, antibacterial and stain resistant.

The kit also features black shorts with a red trim, and red socks with a black trim.

Fans can get their hands on the new kit at the official opening of the new club store, on the afternoon of Wednesday 8th July.

brilliant design, very original template, the same as one of the choices for grimsby, and at least they can actually use this shirt, unlike the away kits for last season. not so sure about the goalie shirt though.......

The outfield kit design is a bit of a b@stardisation of the adidas jerseys of 2006/07 like Germany and Liverpool away, the keepers jersey is pretty gash, altogether cheap

Basic deisgn is good but too much going on in the centre of the shirt with the narrow sponsor logo, club crest and errea logo looking a bit \"piled up\" in my opinion.

Original way to show stripes in an asymmetric design that doesn\'t look contrived and the gold stitching/accents add a quality touch.

Still seems weird to see teams with predominantly blue home kits playing in red away shirts though e.g. Brighton, Birmingham City at times etc

rubish kit

ever since diadora came with curvy swoosh design loads of manufactre\'s have been copying its design and 4 me diadora is the only one that gets away with it
and trying it with stripes is awful

I was going to buy last season\'s home shirt for my brother (a Seagulls fan) but having seen the actual product opted against it. These kits are very very cheap and not a patch on some of the quality shirts Brighton have had in the past, the best being the Bukta kit of the late 70s and the British Caledonian sponsored Adidas kits of the early 80s.

I find this a strange comment when it is made from the highest spec material available with titanium nanoparticles....I can assure you it aint cheap and would easily be better than a cheap nike adidas or puma top.

I love it.full of new design features and innovation...take not nike and adidas ! I would move the errea logo and Brighton badge to either side of the shirt to balance it out butother than that I think its outstanding . Errea have doen some excellent work this year unlike most companies !

Brilliant ...a water resistant shirt that is genius . How is it that companies like nike and Adidas just have generic or template shirts whereas Errea can come up unique designs for each of their clubs

The shield on the back is a rip-off of the Bukta Whitley Bay home shirt.....

& I love the fact the \'keeper is too embarressed to wear his shirt! Lol.

Is the sponsor name an abbreviation for \"it\'s $hit\"...??!!!
