This is the new Chesterfield FC 09/10 'End-of-an-Era' replica kit, sponsored by VK Vodka Kick, which is being officially launched in-store at the Club Shop and online this Thursday 16 July.

For the final season at Saltergate there is just one main kit, which will be used for both home and away matches.  Last season's red away kit will continue to be used to avoid colour clashes away from home.

Head of marketing Alan Stevenson said: "The Spireites new shirt is probably unique in football as a large image of the Recreation Ground has been sublimated into the material to mark our last season and truly the end-of-an-era at Saltergate."

The first consignment of kit this week is for all sizes of replica shirts.  Shorts and socks are arriving later next week.  Baby kits will also be available for the club's youngest fans.

Replica Kit Prices:-

Replica shirt:     Adults £39.95, Youth £29.95 and Children £19.95.

Replica shorts:  Adults £14.95, Youth and Children £11.95.

Replica socks:   Adults £8.95, Youth and Children £6.95.

Sublimated image is a great idea, but on the licture just looks like a stain.

Otherwise, pretty pub team standard.

I take it that this is marketing speak for \"home kit\" and \"away kit\"

Who\'s the guy on the left in the group picture? He looks like a mid 80s gangster or an extra from \"Minder\".

Leather blouson jackets a size too small are class......

Great, especially thanks to the game on the sleeves which prevent this shirt from being banal

True, but i think Alan Stevenson ment at the present time.

I can\'t remember off the top of my head any other team apart from United putting the stadium on their shirt. Definately don\'t think any team has done it in this decade...

For bukta this is a decent effort, just look at the pish they produced for dundee and you will see it could be worse, correct about united doing it first though

A very good sentimental kit. if only most teams could make all landmark shirts as good as this

Very nice kit but nothing original. It\'s not a bad thing, in fact, the 1994-96 Man U home kit was the only one I can think of that had a shadow print of its stadium on its shirt.

It\'s a good touch from Chesterfield to do that.

Vert nice shirt by Bukta. Sublimated stadium and dual use kit (home and away) is absolute mustard. I am buying it on principal.

Best kit in the world, its going to be to sad to leave saltagate as every chesterfield fan will agree with me. Plus this shirt has to have all my respect 10 out of 10 for it, its a quality kit and always will be!!. And tbh who cares if a team has done it before because it sopposet to be a end of an era kit and LET IT BE!!.
