Sponsors name running up the side of the shirt as Ajax did with ABN AMRO would have nailed this shirt as one of ADIDAS\' best in this template design. Shame the marketing men and the designers cannot think outside the box.

Looks OK, plain and simple. Why is there a massive gap between the badge and sponsor on the bloke in the middle but less for the one on the left?

hehehe simply it means that the shirts were bought from adidas completely plain (without badges and sponsors) ... and then they had them on the shirts before the photoshoot !!

teams in the championship with adidas: 3
teams in championship, with adidas, with this template: 3

doesnt look awful, but when adidas releases like 4 or sometimes 5 templates every year they could try a little harder.

i agree with what everyone had said with the kit, same template as boro and plymouth and it looks decent etc...i just wish after three seasons with adidas they put slightly more effort into our kit. surely loyalty stands for something!

O.M.G!!!!! You look forward to a new kit and this is what we end up with!? Adidas take the ****! Its just a training top with tha Rams badge and sponser. Sorry to moan but very disapointed! Also, why is there no \"125\" year on the shirt!? Lets hope the away and 3rd choice are much better! Up the Rams!! We\'ll still beat Forest twice in our \"Climacool\" kit!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

I wish Adidas would actually produce a custom kit for Derby. If you have seen the new goalkeeper 1 kit, it is simply the green version of the Adidas Squadra II shirt & shorts (same shirts & shorts the Derby field players wore in the 07/08 campaign, just a different colour.)

Why can\'t we at least get a DCFC logo or a 125 logo on the socks? Why must the shirts, shorts and socks with Adidas always be stock items that the team decorates with the sponsor logo and team crest?

I have been told that at least the sponsor logo this year will be made of a flocked material (like the 07/08 version) instead of the cheap vinyl press on sponsor letters like we had in 08/09 (all of mine are cracked and peeling from the 08/09 shirts.)

 Im in two minds about it to be honest, i like the shirt, the template works well (i also like the spain shirt) but I also think they could do something a little more specific, it has very little identity other than the badge

I love the shirt !! I no everyone is saying its a template and stuff but if you think about it at least our home kit varies, look at Stoke for example there home kit hardly ever changes if it does thenthe strips just get small. So Derby are lucky that it changes.

Ive seen this template many times on clubs and some do look smart and others dont, however this derby kit with this template somehow works really well, i think its because that on the right sleeve theres always a contrasting colour there? (see the boro and plymouth kits) and derby decided not to have black there, if it did i think it wont be such a nice kit. overall it is an awsome kit for derby XD

As a Derby fan, I\'ve gotta say I like it a lot but slightly less than last year\'s effort. Yeah, its a template, but it is simple, classy, and thankfully not retro. My sole complaint--judging from our shorts and GK shirt, the club badge looks to be a simple embroidery job again this year...we need to go back to a proper badge, not just an uncolored outline. This is my only complaint...otherwise, not too shabby and I look foward to wearing it with pride here in the States.

We are bored of this Adidas template although in white black it works quite well....but essentially its a complacent lazy job by Adidas.

i prefer it to last seasons kit which i thought was awful. unfortunately, the deal that derby made with adidas meant that a new kit was released every year for the 5 year contract, so i guess we\'ll be having to go through all this again next season. only 2 kits to go people!!!
cmon you rams!!!!!!!!
