Steve MCClaren's FC Twente will play Sunday’s KNVB-cup wearing their new 09/10 Diadora home kit for next season. The shirt is co-designed by the fans and has some notable features.

Helmut Dasselaar, Chief Merchandising”The shirt has an Italian design, which is characterized by a distinctive retro look. The thin lines within the fabric provides an old skool effect. In addition, the neck features the word “pride”. There is also a picture of the supporters. we wanted to express that the club wears this shirt with pride. "

During the photoshoot  Blaise Nkufo was particularly excited about the new shirt:  It's a beautiful shirt, the typical retro look is very beautiful. In addition there is also a very nice line in the shirt, making it very comfortable wear."

The shirt will be available for pre-order from Wednesday, May 13 in limited numbers.

I\'ve always enjoyed Diadora. Sometimes they get lost in the shuffle of the big boys but they continualy put out quality products. This kit is simple, has a nice v-neck, and the cut of the shirt looks elegant and athletic. I definitely give Diadora two thumbs up for this one.

It\'s the Dutch league, they don\'t have regulations on how large sponsor logos should be it\'s up to the club and most of the clubs need the money so they make it bigger, a European version with a smaller logo would look a lot better.

I concur with the common consenus above.

Clean sharp shirts slightly offset by too large sponsorship lettering. I like the collar and narrow fit sleeve design and the overall look is a well cut shirt without the spray paint lycra tightness of recent Kappa shirts. I\'d get one .

i think diadora is fantastic but this one is a bit too plain.
its more a trainingsshirt than a football shirt. the details on it are great.
On my opinion a bit more white would have done better. but its alright.

yes, sponsor far too big, but great kit! classic, no fouls in that one.

Only the marketing \"grunge, street, VAK P look\" does not match with \"characterized by a distinctive retro look. The thin lines within the fabric provides an old skool effect, even not when you put Proud en a little picture of supporters with not allowed bengal fire, but yes its so nice to see, and use in your marketing /advertisments. (marketing hypocrits)

It does look very clean and stylish but a bit too much like a Kappa shirt. Another brand who make the effort to produce for their sponsred clubs..take note Adidas and Nike

The clubs nickname is \'Tukkers\', \'Trots\' is the Dutch word for \'Pride\'.

Loving the shirt, it\'s simplicity is one of its best features, along with the pinstripes, the details and the fit.
I really like the fact that the supporters had a big influence on the shirts design.

It\'s nice only that \'TROTS\' badge is weird, looks very ugly imo. I especially like the font that is used on the bak and the numbers.

I think the shirt is great! When we first heard that Diadora would be the new sponsor I didn\'t think they would make this great shirts. I like the simplicity, nice and clean. They put \"Trots\" on the shirt because the fans helped designing the shirt. The club is proud of there fans and they show it.
