Fulham marks its 130th Anniversary today with the launch of a special home shirt complete with a limited edition 130 year anniversary script logo.

The shirt, which will be worn by the First Team squad today, Monday 19th October (Kick-Off 8pm) when they face Phil Brown’s Hull City side at Craven Cottage.

Roy Hodgson's players will be looking to mark the Club's 130th anniversary with a convincing win and avenge last season's home defeat to the Tigers.

To help celebrate the Club’s landmark birthday, the club are asking fans to show their support by wearing their favourite Club colours for the occasion! Whether it's from the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s or the Special Commemorative 130th Anniversary shirt, be sure to wear your favourite Fulham colours.

The atmosphere on the night is certain to be special, as they mark the Club's 130th birthday.

The players will be dressing up for the occasion, as they play for the first and only time in the 130 year Special Edition Anniversary shirt, available in the Club’s retail stores now.

What a joke. Sums up NIke really showing a complete lack of respect for the club and fans alike. Pathetic

To be fair to Nike, I don\'t think they had anything to do with it, much like they have nothing to do with designing Fulham\'s kits in general. They are suplied by another company who simply applies the Fulham branding to one of Nike\'s teamwear kits. Presumably it is the same company that has come up with this half-arsed \"tribute\".

They\'d have been better off with Macron.

My club play their 76th game ever at parks level this weekend and our new kit is better than that sh1t . How embarrassing for a Premier League club to have such cheap nasty kit . Last year we sold 4 replica shirts and our kit manufacturer came up with a anniversary t shirt for each of us. Looks like Fulham have the same deal !

To be fair to Nike and/or Fulham there are bibles on how should the logo be amended and how big, how small, where to put what, dimensions, colours, etc. all sanctioned by BPL & Fifa internationally. Thus that limits the \'creativity\' level on all aspects.

Maybe BPL or Fifa should bend the rules slightly to accomodate the birthday team.. or should they?

I take your point, but have a look at the Burnley shirt that Errea did for this season, where they have moved their logo to the sleeve so that the shirt looks more authentically 1950's.
This is just a pittiful excuse of a money-making scheme to rip off fans once again.
