This is the new Germany World Cup 2010 home kit made by Adidas which will be available through the FSC shop.
The new Germany World Cup 2010 kit made by adidas will be officially unveiled in November, and the German national team already made a commercial for it. The 40 person security staff could not prevent that the pictures were leaked on the internet a couple of hours later.
The new adidas shirt has elements of World Cup wins of 1954, 1974 and 1990. Black collar, black cuffs and the badge on the left is similar to the one used on the European title winning shirt of 1996.
Eleven vertical lines represent the team spirit of the eleven players who are on the field. The three central lines are in the national colours black, red, gold.

seems to lack creativity
i expected a kit designed for the future that would end the vintage kit trend..
maybe nike kits will be better
that is one of THE ugliest kits ever
Kit is so bad! what\'s with the 3 stripes running down the front of the kit?, Ithough Germanys colours were Black, Red & Yellow not beige
as if they are trying so hard to bring back the eighties into the 21 century
very disappointing
the kit looks great on podolsky ...
Anyway, the BIG shirt story, in fact \"THE\" shirt story is www.shirt2010.net - a unique shirt!!
The Germany away kit is GREEN.
Not grey, not black, not red, not whatever other color they want.
It´s just GREEN.
In comparims to the new plain white english shirt, this new german is at least a good effort. Its plain, clear but has new elements in. The new badge is class!
Where s the joke in the new english shirt, which is plain white and having nothing in it. I think this is a bit of a double standard, ay?
Iam luvin it and as a scotsman i will buy it and am looking forward to getting equiped by Adidas too!
Great-mon the Scots-mon the Germans
It misses not having the red and yellow trim though
Very Very Very nice kit, Vintage Germany, minimal fuss, subtle details, crest make-up is excellent. Would love to see what adidas will be doing for Scotland.
Nothing beats the 1990 and 1994 German World Cup shirts though, very flashy but very unique.
So classy, perhaps a bit classic but at least it doesn\'t upset the eyes
proper old school instead of the flash **** that many teams have now.
In all the football history only 2 german kits sucks...the 96 and this !!!
Anyway, i think all the football fans arround the world claim for a clean green shirt to be the away kit for 2010....i buy it !! I don\'t buy the argentina kit but ..i buy the german away kit if goes green with the 3 stripes....
How about the U21 chamopionship final gamesheet that had germany on it with a 4-1 win over england!! Ya...that\'s what I thought!!!!!!
My only criticism is that the adidas stripes do not run completely from the collar to the sleeves, presumably to allow FIFA a clear space in which to slap a badge or two on them. Tournament badges should not influence how a shirt should be designed.
Overall it\'s a very good shirt.
they have to, because th y have to be attached quick and easy which is mostly a problem with stripes.
Adidas\' kits have been shocking recently, but fair play here they\'ve made aclassy kit for a classy team.
Fool!
For the ones that startin these naziesque discussion like EDU above. Hey grow up, get a girlfriend, a life. Hatred and stupidity often comin alongside-right?
Its clean, simple and of a certain style!
Lots of youse seem tae be jealous bunch a tossers! Whens that comin oot?Get it!
@edu
i can see what you mean about the \"nazi-esque\" badge i am sure hitler is proud of you right now lol
boo nazis
To make space for competition sleeve patches.
green peace
They\'ve tried to incorporate red and yellow from the national flag into the shirt in recent times which to mind has detracted from the overall look. This is back to the 1970 / 74 era.
There are certain countries shirts I just can\'t wear without somehow feeling unpatriotic...France, Germany, Scotland, Argentina, Australia etc...but this is tempting.
Top shirt.
What the hell is wrong with adidas these days... and they have to come up with some sort of explanation on the weird designs saying they signify or mean something... and always have to go back into the history books and sell 50 year old designs...
The shiny badge looks nice, I must say. But the lines running down from the shoulders to the bottom just looks so damn ugly. I wish they would\'ve taken that off.
I was really looking forward to get the 2010 world cup jersey but this one doesn\'t look so good after all. I really loved the 2006 kit. It just looks simply fantastic. It\'s symmetrical and the colours just worked well. The 2008 kit is kinda ok, I like the design, but not that big black slab across the chest.
This new one looks like they\'ve gone retro, again. And everytime adidas goes retro the kit looks ugly. One example would be the 2008 away kit - even though Germany never used it... and that applied to club kits too.
One trivial thing is that if you look at the 2006 kit on ebay, people are still bidding like crazy over them. the 2008 kits had rather luke warm reception. It\'d be interesting to see if people will still be very willing to buy them 4 years later just like the previous world cup kits. it would be a good indication of how popular the jersey design is.
Beautiful home kit, just so smart!!
