Huddersfield Town has today revealed its striking new home kit for the 2009/10 season.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of the away shirt reveal last Saturday. The reaction to Town's new change strip of red and navy, featuring the name of muscle rub Radian B, has been extremely positive.

Featuring thicker blue and white stripes with a new red piping, white shorts and blue socks, the new home kit for the upcoming season features the logo of high-profile regional charity Yorkshire Air Ambulance thanks to a groundbreaking new partnership arranged between two of the county's iconic brands.

The new red trim features around the edge of the new logo, as well as across the shoulders and down the side of the impressive new shirt. The trim of the shorts also features the red piping, as well as a band across the kit's predominantly blue socks.

First team squad members Gary Roberts, Anthony Pilkington and Lionel Ainsworth are pictured throughout this article sporting the new kit for Town's new era.

The whole kit can be pre-ordered by dropping into the Stadium Superstore or the Sporting Pride store in Huddersfield town centre now, with an online pre-ordering facility soon to be available on htafc.com shortly.

The short-sleeved home shirt starts at £39.99 for adults, with junior sizes starting at £31.99.

The away kit, produced by Mitre and featuring the logo of muscle rub Radian B, a leading brand of new away kit sponsors Thornton & Ross, the striking design features a red shirt with a thin navy pinstripe, navy arms and a single white stripe across the right shoulder. The shorts and socks are also navy with a white trim.

The short-sleeved away shirt is priced at £39.99 for adults, with junior sizes starting at £31.99.

I\'m not normanlly a fan os assymetric kits, but that away kit is actually quite nice. The home kit\'s better than the usual Mitre efforts too.

Oh, and at least the three stars above their crest actually represent something!

I like the home kit although not the collar . Away kit looks a lot like the Burnley away kit design. The a symmetric swoosh seems to be the in thing who originated it???

I think it was Errea, they used a similar version of it for Grimsby Town and Inverness last year.

1920\'s

The kits are really nice and great to promote a charity rather than a sponsor too.

Well done Town and Mitre!
