i think it is the trend for the recent year all over, actually... shirt-makers making their designs simpler to lure the more casual fans, and encourage people to wear them outside club-supporting activities

Fully agree with the first comment here - just a t-shirt. Nike really has put little effort into this seasons kits.

I agree. It\'s a big joke at the fans\' expense - and Nike are laughing all the way to the bank.

It\'s about time fans stop being sheep and refuse to buy crap kits.

The sponsor logo on the 3rd kit is put very badly.

The template of home/away looks still good, but 65

And one more thing - is it really that hard to make a logo that is incorporated into the jersey? The white box logo looks like something we had in our pee-wee hockey league because it was the 1970s, it was cheap, and there was technology was limited.

I guess this has to do with the company\'s CI. Often you\'re only allowed to use one colour for the background therefore it\'s not a question of beeing lazy.

There seems to be room for compromise though in some cases, otherwise Man United would have the AIG logo with a blue background on their shirts.

Usually you\'re allowed to place a logo on most or any background colour. But multiple background colours are often a no go. In the case of Man United they always had a solid background with the AIG logo.

So a white home kit and a red/yellow away kit. (I\'ll be 6 feet under before I recognise a 3rd kit!)

Not bad to be honest, but the Jako kits were good quality as well. I have the 07/08 KSC home jersey. I don\'t think I will be purchasing any of these Nike ones.

C\'mon people! Nike\'s approach is not bad, simple design and bright colors, even though it is certainly a template (the same as Wolfsburg\'s last season). there\'s no need for all that whining! if you guys wanna go back to the elaborated kits, there are plenty on eBay, with the ****ed-up colors and all the crappy watermarks.

nike seam to only give the new templates to their 6 or 7 big clubs and leave the rest with a template from the season before which is now in the team wear catalogue, this is the same as fulham, wolsborg, plus a few others, the neck is off the AUS national team shirt, i think you have to be realistic, nike wont give a new template and design to a div 2 side, like the atletico madrid shirts, they are old templates too, and they play in europe..

The first and away kits get a bare pass. The 3rd red/yellow shirt is bland and non descript to the point of being pointless. If you want to see red/yellow stripes done well look at Ascics Lecce shirts in recent years.

The wait is over? Well they needn\'t have bothered! Piss poor, not remotely innovative or appealing, the blue shirt looks like the Estonia shirt with a sponsor slapped on it and as for the red/yellow ****e ensemble, well a 5-year-old could design better. The colour of the badge and sponsor simply doesn\'t go with the miserable yellow/red combo.
