These are the new  Olympiacos FC home, away and 3rd Football shirts made by Puma for the 09/10 season.

The club has the laureate teen as their emblem, which symbolizes the Olympic Games winner. Red and white were chosen as the colours of the crest; red for the passion and white for the virtue.

The crest of Olympiacos underwent minor changes through the ages, while the typical kit of the team is that of a shirt with red and white vertical stripes, and red or white shorts and socks. The second most common kit is the all-red one and next the all-white one. Olympiacos has used several other colours during its history as an away or third kit, with the most notable of them being the monotint black or silver one.

A really poor outing for Puma this season. They\'ve done some great kits in the past, but this kit (and the entire template) is a real misfire. I think they had the right idea on the third kit, but all in all the template really is poor. Hopefully they\'ll re-focus, look at where they went wrong here, and make some really great ones for next season.

First Nike swipes the \"adidas snake\" or whatever for GK shirts and warmups, and now they\'re going to jack the chevron thing from Puma.

One more thing, I get the black or gray for an away kit, but do we really need a black away AND a gray. Is there a situation where a team plays in a shirt that would clash with black, but wouldn\'t clash with gray?

Abysmal. The chevron like neck looks terrible and the stripes are nothing more than a copy of this season\'s which in-turn are a copy of the kit from two seasons ago. I think Olympiakos should drop Puma because their kits for them have been pure ****e. I did however quite like the Umbro offerings, particularly that of 02-03 (when Karembeu was playing for them-a wonderful shirt).

Granted Nike has not engendered much of a positive reaction in this parts I would like to think they could come up a with a nice template for them which is simple and clean; and more to the point, a throwback to the shirts of the 1970s which had simple and clean lines and are classics for my mind.

Puma have proven it is possible to make red and white stripes look bad.

Bad template! Naughty template! In your bed!

if it was nike or adidas doing this template you would all be sucking its arse.

There is nothing wrong with the chevron, at least its a symmetrical design. for a start its probably an extra extra large shirt for display purposes, the smaller sizes will look better as they are usually more fitted.

It\'s mostly symmetrical. My issue is with the cuff on the right but not the left. I don\'t mind the template, it\'s nice and simple. But there are some things that could be fixed.

If it was the nike or adidas we would still be slagging it off.

as no sides in Greece or europe play in a Half **** coloured and half white shirt, there is no need for the grey shirt. If they were playing against milan, then wearing the home kit with red shorts and socks would be fine, or just wearing a white shirt. the grey is awful. a red shirt in this template works (Independiente), but not with stripes and not in grey.

and what is wrong with this seasons shirt? it looks nice and has the same sponsors, Just keep that!

Guys, you have to remember that these shirts will look completely different when worn. Check out Feyenoord players....you can\'t tell me these don\'t look good...

This shirt is so crap I cannot be bothered to write anything intelligent.
