Palmeiras unveiled their new 09/10 football kits made by adidas. The most prominent one is the away shirt. A white shirt, which has a green band and one red sleeve, inspired by the flag of Italy.

Palmeiras was founded by Luigi Cervo, Vicenzo Ragognetti, Luigi Emanuele Marzo and Ezequiel Simone, four drunken Italian men who were members of the Italian community of São Paulo and was initially named Palestra Italia. Its original colors were red, white and green (those of Italy).

That home top looks exactly the same as the panetheniakos home top from last season and the away top is really boring. the keeper kit isn\'t too bad though

The home kit is nothing special, the green looks the wrong shade, and I like the Idea of the Italian flag on there, but that template is really average. Suprised that the goalie shirt is black, but it does look good.

I hope all their players are named \"Samsung\", otherwise that shirt isn\'t going to work!

As luck would have it, they are.

They normally play this formation:

E. Samsung;
S. Samsung, R. Samsung, N. Samsung, P. Samsung;
A. Samsung, M. Samsung, D. Samsung, J. Samsung;
P. Samsung, F. Samsung.

Subs: B. Samsung, O. Samsung, G. Samsung, Y. Samsung, W. Samsung, H. Samsung, C. Samsung.

why does adidas often prefer that neon yellow-green color on goalie kit...almost every club has it somewhere...it\'s became boring...

Don\'t be so dumb ..

Here in south america we use to put the player\'s name below their number ... here a picture of the team:

That guy on the left... looks like his shirt is too big or he\'s too skinny... and the goal keeper\'s shirt... I like it very much haha, same as Chelsea\'s. If they could make that the players\' shirt then it would be better (or a short sleeved one).

and lastly me no fan of collar!!

Nice home kits. Kits with collars are usually nicer than those without, in my opinion. Good thing they got a collar with the color of the shirt, unlike clubs like AC Milan, who have that ridiculous white collar on a red/black jersey.
