It\'s surprisingly good. I like racing stripes and the sponsor looks alright too. All in all, pretty good kit.

Hehe, I mean I like the racing stripes on this shirt, not that I like racing stripes in general. That would be weird.

That\'s John Portsmouth Football Club Westwood. He\'s a legend in Portsmouth. B)

He\'s no legend. He\'s an embarrassment. I wish he\'d stick that bell of his where the sun don\'t shine.

He\'s fkin amazing...He\'s a bit noisy but dang he is fun you gotta say.
I met him briefly on Chelsea Pompey F.P Carling Cup last year and he does love his club

As for the Shirt

Looked better without the logo.

guess you were one one of them \"so called pompey fans\" who complained about the noise John Westwood and his band were making last season and got his instruments band and put him im that ridiculous punch-and-judy band stand! fool :S

I reckon this will go down really well, deffo make Pompey look very distinctive on their travels next season.

My only real gripes are the additional Canterbury logo on the \'v\' part of the collar and the clash between the different shades of blue of the badge and the shirt detail. Although, I suppose they didn\'t want to change the badge colour to be different to the home one and the same shade of blue on the shirt wouldn\'t have looked as bold as the navy one chosen.

Class. He doesn\'t look like he is from the Isle of Wight does he?
Incest. It\'s a family game, played by Pompey fans as they stick Oh-so-close to the shores. Beware the streets of London. Them be paved with gold.
Sh1t ground, scum fans.
Peanuts?
I remember the whole squad playing Man U back n the early 90\'s when Walsh was there, all had Pompey on their shirts.....inbred? Not a chance. Just local.
Fareham Shopping Centre - you\'ll never leave.

there is the result when designers make an effort not to try to embed umpteen useless colours on a shirt, even the sponsor

Good result B)

Class kit.Pity though it looks like we\'ll be spending this season trying to avoid relegation.
Still, could be worse. We could be Scummers( Southampton) with a ten point deduction and playing in the third division with Leeds!!!

well unless you\'re Man U, Chelsea or Liverpool: not many teams have much merchandising potential outside of their hometowns.

As long as they get a nice kit they will have marketing potential. I\'m not from Portsmouth and I will be buying this shirt. Looks very good except them random three ovals on the ribs.
