Portuguesa unveiled the new 2010 third football shirt made by Penalty. Associação Portuguesa de Desportos is a Brazilian football Club from São, founded on August 14, 1920 by the Portuguese population of the city.
On the chest the shirt shows the Cross of Avis. The Cross of Avis represents the Portuguese independence from the Castile Kingdom, which happened after the Battle of Aljubarrota, on August 14, 1385.
The shirt was option 3 in a Kit Vote which you can see below:

Really dig the whole medieval feel the kit has, especially the front print and cross. Reminds me of the 08/09 Adidas Marseille argyle away shirt, which was about as daring as this.
This is a design that would be ruined by a chest sponsor.
9/10

Also, Affliction is lame as hell.
And so is this shirt.
what I don't get is what's with the doubleheaded eagle? A sign of byzantium, though many cultures have adopted it as their own (like the albanians)
