QPR unveiled the new 09/10 away strip when they played Preston North End in their final match of the 2008/9 campaign.

Back by popular demand, the 'Dennis the Menace' kit is available to pre-order online from 11th May at the online shop and it's sure to be a big hit with the R's faithful.

Deputy Managing Director Ali Russell said of the strip, which includes red shorts with red and black hooped socks: "We know from speaking to a number of fans' groups that the red and black away kit is considered to be one of the most popular.

"That made it very easy for us to bring it back.

"Lotto have once again been fantastic. Their design is spot-on, and I am sure the supporters will be pleased with it.

"We all want next season to be a big one for this Football Club, and we hope this kit proves to be a successful one on our travels.

Club Captain Martin Rowlands said: "I have always preferred this away strip. QPR is all about the hoops, so it's great that we have that back in the away design.

"As always, a nice kit is important, and the lads are all really happy with this one.

"It's now up to us to make sure it's not only a kit to be proud of, it's a kit that is successful for QPR.

"As players, we know how important next season is, and we are determined to build on the steady progress of this campaign."

The 2009/10 away shirt is expected to be available in our Club SuperStore by the end of June, priced £39.99.

Classic QPR away, looks quite classy too for a red and black hooped shirt.

This shirt is all wrong especially for a club who has all the money and yet will probably end up in league 1

The shirt would look good with a different kit maker but with Lotto as the makers, it just looks cheap. I\'d rather see Kappa make QPR or maybe Le Coq.

so Le Coq looks less cheap than Lotto? ahahahahaha, where do you live man, have a look around in the whole world and see how widespread is the Lotto brand and the LCS brand....

Who the **** do you think you are? I gave my opinion. LCS are definitely better than Lotto. LCS at least make different and unique designs.

you have just said \"but with Lotto as the makers, it just looks cheap\", then I assume you judge a shirt according to the brand and not to the actual design and quality...if so then check the wikipedia pages for Lotto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotto_Sport_Italia) and for LCS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Coq_Sportif) and see the difference in terms of number of sponsorships and the technological innovations used (Lotto launched the first football boots with no laces last year, LCS shoes can be bought for 15 pounds at JJB). By the way the QPR away shirt is top class!

Leonardo beat me to the punch...it does look like the Flamengo shirt . I like the look and think Lotto have done a very decent job with this particular design. The club crest does clash a little...maybe they could have done what Chelsea and others have done by changing the colours of the crest to match the shirt colour...think of the recent black and yellow Chelsea shirts.

I\'d be happy if I was a QPR fan tho overall\'.

When will people realise that QPR don\'t actually have any money?! We\'re still in debt to the tune of around £10m, the owners (who actually have the money, not the Club) bought the debt off ABC. Nice you\'d think but they are still charging the Club 8% interest. So that\'s a nice £800k a year they\'re taking out of the club straight away. You\'d think they\'d keep it sensible, like 3% or interest free? Just goes to show that business ALWAYS comes first. Kiss the badge? Don\'t make me laugh.

Now, back to the away kit which I like :o)
