Not a bad shirt, like the checker effects and the collar, not a bad shirt at all. Hopefully this will be the last gers kit released this season, twos enough

NOTE - Anybody who is thinking of posting sectarian filth on this thread, please can you get a life, and start living in the 21st century. thank you

I\'m sure this will grow on me, but first impressions wern\'t great I don\'t think the colar works with this one as well as it does for the first.

My guesses on the 3rd, it will be white, black or grey with the same template

and as MW has said, crappy comments are not needed in this article, post them on your teams forum or write them on your neighbours wall...

Im not a Celtic fan, but if Celtic drop out the Champions League, they drop into the Europa League.

So they\'ll still be in Europe.

And they do have a third kit.

Actually if they lose to Dinamo then they\'re out of Europa League qualification and thus Europe altogether.

I do like the shirt but agree that the collar doesn\'t quite fit - perhaps a v-neck or something like the West Ham away/Newcastle home/Chelsea away design.

Wrong. They go into the play-off round for the Europa League.

Yes, you\'d know all about 3rd strips. You also had a red 3rd strip last year which was laughably called the Kilmarnock Away because that\'s the only opportunity Rangers had to wear it.

Just how did Kaunus get on last season after they papped you out?

It\'s alright - I prefer the home strip but not the worst I\'ve seen. I also agree that 2 strips is enough but I\'m sure there will be a third strip released before October. I\'m a Rangers fan but I think it is scandalous that both halves of the Old Firm release 3 strips every season. To be fair Celtic are keeping their Home strip for the second season and I\'d like to see Rangers do this but as it\'s the last year of the Umbro deal I\'m sure it\'s Umbro that were pushing for the new strip as well.

Im a Rangers fan and have to say that i do not like it at all. The red is far too bright to go with the shorts. They dont match well at all. Should be a much deeper red for this to work. The round collar is horrible. I hate writing negative things about my own team but it just lacks any imagination whatsoever

Just luuuuuuuuuuuuuuv it. Honestly, if I were to see a runaway wearing this strip I wouldnt be responsible for my actions. As long as Walter doesnt find out. Wee Nacho looks great to. Havent seen a rodent wearing a football strip before.

Its not a nice one, Umbro - especially when you compare it to the thrid (red) kit last season, which was top quality

This looks like one of our early Diadora efforts

The checks work for the home kit, but not here

In terms of their success in Scotland, yes, but Man City have a bigger fan base, a larger amount of money to spend and play more attractive football.

Your second and third points are valid, but Man City being a bigger club than the huns - no way and never.

Rangers has massive following all over the world. To be fair, so do City but nowhere near on the same scale.

Don\'t get me wrong, personally I prefer City to those red c**ts from the Swamp!

The thing is though, in terms of the fan base in Scotland at least, there is a huge amount of violent and racist fans who sing abuse at the other teams, start fights and cone to matches drunk. I think I\'m right in saying that Umbro tailored their kits before the UEFA cup final, but after the way the fans behaved they just began to give them generic strips. It\'s companies trying to distance themselves from association. They are the most hated team in Scotland.

And I\'m from Aberdeen, and we hate that scum at Pittodrie.

As a relative newcomer to the world of Scottish football I would like to ask why an illustrious club like The Rangers use the homeless in their advertising? The model in the second picture appears to have been plucked from a hostel and seems very ill at ease. He hasn\'t even been washed for these pictures!

It is reprehensible that such an obviously down at heel unfortunate has been used in this way - this unappealing little man will surely put more people off the Excellent shirt than he will attract

Dont believe you cant recognise him. Thats NACHO SUPER NOVO, professional tim slayer.
He\'s got many years of experience highlighting the joke that is celtic fc.
Its not just humiliating the unwashed that he has done excellently, he also scored the winning penalty to send us through to the uefa cup final and more recently scored an absolute screamer to win us the scottish cup in a game we were clearly the poorer team on the day.

Burn Timmy, Burn.

Another observation maybe that we spent around £400,000 when signing him and have recieved years of goals and great service while our evil mutated twins across the city have spent just under £4 MILLION on a player that will probably be gone by the end of the season and is already making sebo look like torres.

Not a great kit. Footballers with tattoos - now that looks classy (not).
A few years back players did not need tattoos to look tough, they done their \'talking\' as it were on the pitch, their toughness came from strong tackles, hard but fair. Not like that coward Souness, from behind.....he never turned up when Liverpool played Leicester after threatening Frank Worthington....Frank was there. Where was the o- so- tough Souey...?

C) you haven\'t beaten us at home in six years

As a Celtic supporter, I have to be honest.

Looks just as cheap and tacky as the home kit, the blue shorts/socks do not match whatsoever - they should have gone with all-red.

Why didn\'t Umbro give Rangers the tailored kits this season. For one of the biggest clubs on the planet, you\'d think that Umbro would put themselves out?

The home with blue crew-neck would have been great...

Nice collar and I quite like the chessboard sublimation, but the shade of red is a bit bright and brassy and not sure it goes with the blue shorts and socks.

Why did they get a guy who looks like the village idiot (1st pic) and a Mexican \"Prison Tats\" gang member (2nd Pic) to model the though? Surely there are more photogenic members of the Rangers team.

Lets get this straight for the last time!

If Celtic had been knocked out by Dynamo Moscow, they would have dropped into a final qualifier for the Europa League group stage. If they get knocked out now in Champ League play-off by Arsenal, Lyon etc. they drop straigjht into the group stage of the Europa league.

So all you silly little Huns should get get their facts straight before making ludicrous comments like Celtic are not going to be in Europe at all this year etc.

Check UEFA website in future
