Rushden & Diamonds unveiled the new 2009/10 home kit in a launch event at the Kimberley Suite.

All of the players were on hand to mingle with fans, with Aaron O'Connor, Dale Roberts, Sam Smith and Jamie Stuart modelling the kit as everyone got their first sight of the new kit.

The new kit is once again produced by Macron and sponsored by haart. The outfield kit is in white, with a red and blue trim.

The goalkeeper kit will be sky blue, with another goalkeeper kit in dark green (not pictured). The away shirt will remain yellow, retaining last season's design.

The new kit will now be on sale in the club shop, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and in the build up to home matches at Nene Park.

Quite smart, vaguely reminiscent of England \'82, and not too cheap looking, but why do kitmakers continually add unnecessary random stripes, lines, shoulder flashes etc? They\'re all at it, maybe except Nike, but that could be \'cos the kids that make their gear aren\'t that good at sewing yet. Clean and simple is so much better......

Not terrible, but the sponsors logos look odd that low down on the shirt. They should be nearere the chest than the stomach.

Not bad at all; the colors are nice, the template is somewhat original, and the shirt itself along with the sponsor logo is quite clean. A smart shirt for sure.

But that begs the question - Who in F.U.C.K\'s name are Rushden and Diamonds?

Tacky and uninspired - it looks at least 10 years behind the times.
