Southend United have unveiled their new away kit for the 09/10 season at Meet the Blues Day.

Following the popularity of last season yellow change strip United have once again decided to keep the colour.

The kit has once again been manufactured by sporting giants Nike, which continues to be popular with supporters and is now on general sale.

The yellow shirt with blue sleeves is made with Nike's latest Dri-fit material and constructed to draw away sweat and keep the body cool and comfortable. The shirt uses Nike Dri-fit mesh panelling across the back of the shirt to keep body ventilated.

This season has also seen a first for the Club, with the introduction of a Women's Fitted shirt.

The shirt is designed for a more flattering and comfortable fit which comes in sizes 6-8, 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16 and 16-18.

compared with a similar kit,the Leeds one, this is better cause the sleeves blue are a better choice than little inserts on the sides

Thames Estuary. The Chav Football Club. Basildon. Ford Escorts. Pie\'n\'Mash.
Cheap Jewelry. Shell suits. Orsett censored Roundabout. Awful place.

It\'s a cut-price version of last season\'s Arsenal away kit, without a separate trim line running into the sleeve.

There kit looks more like an Arsenal away shirt than our twatty blue carbuncle.

Kits good but nothing special. Just glad Southend have finally re-introduced their traditional yellow into the kits.

Hope the home kit goes back to it's blue-yellow-yellow. Don't need another Escensored team in blue and white - got Colchester United for that.

Actually the Southend outskirts of Canvey Island FC play yellow and blue colours. Weird. Only in England folks.
