Toronto FC recently played New York Red Bulls wearing a pink jersey in support of the CBCF.

This was the first of two games where the team will wear these special jerseys. Saturday, October 10 Toronto FC will wear them once again when the San Jose Earthquakes visit in a 3:30 p.m start. At this match, fans will be able to donate to the CBCF at the gates.

Fans are still able to contribute to a great cause before the October 10th match as 10% of all monies raised from the sale of all pink jerseys at CentreSports, and at BMO Field will be donated to the CBCF.

This initiative started Wednesday, June 24 and run through until Saturday, October 10. CentreSports is located inside the Air Canada Centre right beside Gate 1.

Interim head coach Chris Cummins will be wearing a pink shirt, while the rest the technical staff will wear a CBCF pin on game day. Some of the game worn jerseys will be signed by the players and then donated to the CBCF for their silent auctions.

Apparently breast cancer is the only cancer out there?!?!?

What are you talking about where the real men have gone? Its not the color thats has the identification with homo***uality, thats a trait we put on. Thats why you see Palerma wear it, but you dont see too many of those coments in Italy.

Someone made that point last time there was a \"breast cancer awareness\" kit. Can there be many people who aren\'t aware of breast cancer by now? It already gets by far the most publicity (and presumably funding) of any cancer.

When I read the article, I was expecting something terrible. This kit is actually pretty nice. The shade of the pink is quality.

It\'s about time we celebrate testicular cancer. We could perhaps design a kit with a wrinkly motif.

I\'ve got the red home kit and it\'s a great design - all three TFC kits use the same template. Only shame is the over-large BMO emblem that looks like it is trying to push the TFC badge over the left shoulder.

They have one of these pink tops in the front window of the local sports store and it looks really good; if anything the onyx shoulders go better with pink than red. Having said that my son refuses to walk past within 10 yards. But then he is 8.

I\'ve not seen it on TFC\'s online store yet (via mls.com).
