This seems to be the new AC Milan Home kit made by Adidas for the 2010/2011 season.

This is a leaked picture, the new AC Milan 10/11 kits will be available through the FSC Shop after the official launch.

This template it is nice, butt the name number perspective it is not good it looks wrong it looks like it is... i can't think to say in english.

you need to make name and number and some logos too look more correct on the shirt

Yes it means it's good. I wouldn't worry too much about perpectives, it's a difficult template to work on and we get what you're trying to do
