Wolverhampton Wanderers 10-11 BURRDA away kit

Wolverhampton Wanderers new away kit for the 2010-2011 season made by Burrda has been unveiled.

Karl Henry, Dave Edwards and Kevin Doyle sported the new kit for the first time at last night's sellout End of Season dinner at the Telford International Centre.

Designed in conjunction with the new kit supplier Burrda the kit features the traditional Wolves colours of gold and black.

The shirt uses Burrda new cool dry system within the fabric, which is the latest in fabric technology which allows the absorption and transfusion of moisture into the fibres, whilst allowing the air to circulate around the body.

The contemporary design features gold paneling detail to the shoulders and side of the shirt and includes a stylish gold and black crew neck style collar.

The shirt is made from 100% polyester and the front panel of the shirt has a shadow stripe detail in a soft feel, but durable material.

Peter Pridmore, Wolves' Head of Retailm said:  "We have already received many positive comments since the shirt was unveiled last night.

"It was the first time the players had seen it and they are looking forward to wearing it next season.

"We continually take feedback from supporters throughout the season and the preferred colour choice of the majority of our supporters with regards to the change shirt is overwhelmingly black, and by including a Wolves gold trim we are confident the kit will be a winner!"

The shirt will be available to pre order from the beginning of June, with the official launch date confirmed as Friday July 16.

Shirt prices have been held for the tenth year running with junior shirts from £30, Adult Shirts from £40, Ladies shirts at £35 and Infant Mini Kits at £30.

Shorts are £15 and £20 for junior and adults respectively with socks £7 and £8.

The new home kit will be revealed when the players wear it for the first time against Sunderland on Sunday.

Nice, clean and simple, much like this season's I think so the Wolves faithful will feel slightly ripped off I think.

The only thing that spoils it is the sponsor - ANY type of gambling site, company sponsorship of a football kit is just wrong.

More black shirts eh? I was hoping this little-known Burrda company might try and make their mark on the Prem with something a little more original. Instead they've just gone for the safe option and the shirt will be instantly forgotten.

Burrda are owned by a Qatar sheik and sell to a lot of teams in Qatar based more on his position as apposed to the quality of their goods as, on the whole, it is pretty poor.
This is the first time I have seen their stuff outside of Qatar.
Has anyone else noticed the clever way they have used 3 completely different shades of Black for the shirts, shorts and socks? :-*

Classy, and from a manufacturer I've never heard of, too!

The thing is, when are they going to need to wear it? Last year's white effort was little more than a "Hull City Away Fixture Commemorative Kit".

BAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGIEESSSSS

Quite shocked by the inbred comment, especially since most of the people I see walking around West Bromwich have either got a hump on their back, one leg missing or some sort of facial disfigurement. Mind you they'll do anything in baggy town to claim disability!!!!!

burrda make reasonably nice kits... they r and italian company, and u know how good italians r with their clothes!! they also make and sponsor norwich city's new shirts... but thats the 3rd new kit supplier that i have heard this season!! 1st it was XTep (birmingham new suppliers), then Mi-Fit (wigan new kit suppliers), then Li-Ning (who make spanish team Espanyol new shirts) and now Burrda!! will there be any other new kit makers???
