These are what appears to be the new FC Barcelona home and away strip produced by Nike for the new 2010/11 season, which will be available Here.
The home shirt sees a return to red strips on the front of the shirt and a new feature in the shape of an all yellow round collar, for the first time in the clubs history.
The teal away shirt is quite reminiscent to the colour of the kappa shirts of the early 90's.

EAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGLES
As for the teal away. It repulsed me at first, but I do like the reference to the Dream Team's away kits. I just feel it's a bit plain. The blue and red detail could have been done better. Nike did such a great job with the yellow away kit and have yet to really match that. Bring back yellow!

My favourite colour for an away Barca shirt has always been the grey of the Rivaldo/Kluivert period (1998-1999)
This was art!

Home shirt is as classy as always, although I'm not sure about the red shorts.

To other FSC readers:
Sorry for the inconvenience. Those two are Indonesians, the same as I am. But not all of Indonesians behave or speak like that, I can assure you. And also to all Malaysians, I'm very sorry for this.
Back to Barça's new kit. Based on what I've seen in recent years, I've noticed that if you're a Barça kit designer, you have two simple rules:
1. For home shirt, pick any red and blue stripes combination.
2. For away shirt, pick any peculiar looking colour.
as always, the home shirt is no surprise. a combination of vertical blue/alzul and red/grana stripes as all the years before. only the the thickness of the stripes is changing from season to season. (Extreme 2 years ago only one red, one blue half)
as said before yellow and red are the colors of the catalunian flag (theres a story with a bloody king´s hand behind, which slided down a yellow flag and made the stripes)
so, yellow makes total sence.
number and name coulors vary: fancy and chic gold was possible, yellow will it be this time. ok.
for me the yellow collar is to big. the rest is fine.
away
as agora said, during the last years barca was always trying to select a shocking color for their away shirts:recently they have concentrated on text marker colors: neon-yellow, blue, fat yellow, and neon-salmon.
to continue this pattern they selected a greenish mint kind, probably the color will shine more than on the photos, as cameras cannot catch the full intensity of the color and reproduce it. (seen last season on the neon-salmon shirts, which looked more pale on digital photos, prints an computer games)
the stripe:
the azulgrana stripe reminescence from the yellow third shirt of last year has become horizontal and broader this season.
why not? i like it. i find it entertaining.
and if i will buy a shirt, it is always the away shirt since the changes of the home shirts are more than small.
merci
btw good job barcelona for creating a rather uncommon away shirt hehe..
All the guys who don't like... Greens is 1 of the colours of this summer mode!!! Accept it
It seems like is in blueish colour instead or mint green and the Unicef logo change from black to blue font too.
