not a LEV fan but I like the kit a lot. simple and traditional design, certainly a lot better than previous LEV shirts...

Please invert the top's colours!
Too much black for a Leverkusen home!

[Also the choice of colour scheme mirrors recent River Plate away shirts, such as this one: http://www.onionbag.com/temp/river-negra2008.jpg]

I think this shirt looks amazing and i would have thought that this is a very unique one, but it reminds a lot of river plate.

but certainly in europe you don't see many teams around with this style.

Leverkusen has again a damn horny jersey. With red trim that would be even better. But why must there be such a stupid collar.
Otherwise, great!

Nice kit but looks more like an away shirt to me. What happened to the more recognized Levekusen style?

why have they made a black home shirt in place of red

What is it with German sides. Bayern Munich don't know if they should wear all red, red and blue stripes, red with blue sleeves, or red and white hoops. Now Leverkusen have gone from red to black.

Even Coventry City don't mess with their kit that much.

You're wrong. Leverkusen have not "gone from red to black". Red AND Black are the club's colors. And in fact the very first jerseys they wore were black.

Not keen on the collar but the overall look is good. River Plate, Peru, Palace play / have played in 'sashed' shirts. This shirt is different and I imagine will go down well with the local fans.

Like this Adidas kit a lot. Altought, following a little more Bayer's traditional shirt, this one should be red with the stripe in black (and eventually the sleeves).
Another negative aspect: this looks like a River Plate away kit (not by coincidence River also wears Adidas). But overall it's a good kit. Like it.
