bury 10-11 surridge away kit

After months of discussions between Bury FC, Surridge sports, players, and management, the club are excited to be able to finally reveal the new look away kit for the 2010/11 season.

The 'Burgundy' colour is a first for the Shakers having never been used in any of their previous kits throughout their 125 year history. The new 'Bury Council' log also features across the front of the shirt in spectacular gold lettering.

After wearing the first kits on arrival to be seen last week, striker Andy Bishop said that this was definitely the best kit he's seen during his time with the club, not only in how it looks, but in the way it feels when worn.

The shirt will be on general sale from Friday 04 June in the club shop at Gigg Lane and via the online shop.

Like the "go faster stripes" on the back

Me too. I also liked them when they first appeared on Man United home and away shirts three years ago.

And those triangular "flashes" on the strip are still as cool as they were on all the Nike kits circa 2002.

Cutting edge design from Surridge!

I like it its a nice simple design, it's not awful or boring just because it isn't a big brand

Not a bad design and a good combination of colours... it is too baggy for nowadays though... look at those sleeves...it goes back to the 90s with that fit...

I agree with that. The design itself is fine but the fitting of the shirt is all wrong. The top brands tend to get that bit right. The likes of Surrudge don't.

Bradford shirt with a awful badge.

We Hate Bury! We Hate Bury!

Least we dont have to play them this season. Up The Dale!

Love the colour, reminds me of the special Highbury Arsenal home shirt. Maroon and gold is always a classy combination.

Having said that, the cut of the shirt isn't the best, those sleeves look massive!

Not a good effort. Copying Bradford's 09-10 kit is not very original. Surridgeis crap.

The design isn't too bad, although that little stripey panel on the back is quite obviously an after-thought.
The problem is the fit, the shirts is the right length on the body of the guy modellig it, but the sleeves are down past his elbows - that's not right.

It's just an old Nike kit with a different kit manufacturers name on it. Whoopee.

Nice colour combo and design but cheap looking fabric spoils the overall effect

i like the design and i agree with colour, but i just hope its good to play in, for the last 2 years ive had to by a kit a size smaller than usual for it fit right

Like the colour, but fit looks well off. I've also never been over happy with local council sponsorship - it always seems to me to suggest that the club is some kind of hopeless community project. That said, it might be preferable to some of dodgy ads clubs have plastered all over them.
