Puma has unveiled the 2010 Football Kits for the eleven African teams it sponsors: Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Mozambique, Egypt, Tunisia, Namibia, Morocco, Angola, Senegal and Togo.

These are the new Cameroon 10/12 home and away football shirts made by Puma, which will be available through the FSC Shop.

"In 2010, Africa will be the center of attention with the Orange African Cup of Nations Angola 2010(TM) in January leading up to the World Cup in South Africa. With a powerful portfolio of eleven PUMA-sponsored African national teams, PUMA is already the most visible football brand in the Continent," said Jochen Zeitz, Chairman and CEO, PUMA AG. "We have enjoyed more than a decade of close partnership and collaboration with African football federations. Africa has a great deal to offer the international football community; next year's major tournaments will provide the perfect stage and PUMA is very proud to be a part of them."

Puma reprieves its role as one of the most innovative football kit suppliers, delivering home and away kits for its 11 African teams, which push the boundaries of technology and design. Making a bold statement, the jerseys are contoured to deliver a snug body fit that accentuates the players' musculature.

Constructed from moisture-wicking Power Mesh, the jerseys feature a proprietary engineered mesh panel across the back, which allows for maximum movement and breathability. A Kinte pattern, inspired by traditional African fabrics, was applied to this back panel. Additionally, a unique brush-stroke effect, mimicking fans' body paint, creates the decorative stripes on most of the away jerseys and the players' names and numbers on the back.

Official team crests are positioned on the upper right quadrant of the shirt, while select teams showcase the iconic symbol that represents their team country on the left hand side close to the heart.

In addition to supplying the home and away kits for the National Teams, PUMA will also produce licensed replica kits and fan wear, available to consumers as of October 10, 2009 at select wholesale partners.

I like the template and design, but i hate the tightness of them, On the pitchthey will look really cheap and nasty . Also I think that the numbers are far too big for the design of the kit, they sould have kept the 2006 World Cup numbers, they were nice. 4/10

I think that all of the kits look great!
This time; I don\'t even mind that Puma is using a single template for all of the kits (I think I might\'ve gotten used to it  ).

Puma makes me feel that Egypt is 2nd class customer...wake up Puma...we are African champions 2006 & 2008....we got one of the most talented african player ever which u -Puma- sponser...Mohamed Aboutreika....goal scorer in final against Eto\'o team....
why he is not with these players???Then Puma complains that Egypt\'s shirts sale are not high!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how u make money without spending some...????
I really really wish Egypt move to adidas...they made a great show when they started sponsering Al-Ahly in Egypt this year....and the result that shirts of Al-Ahly are out of stoke from adidas stores!!!!hardly i bought one....after going to at least 5 stores.....y is this??
it is marketing of the shirt....
bad bad puma.....

exactly my thought, this is really weird from Puma, even when we won in 2008, they didn\'t sell the winners shirt in Egypt, I had to go to Germany to buy one :O:O the same with the team kit, I found in Egypt one but the quality of it was just too bad, and it was in such a limited number, whereas in Germany and France sales were higher and I could find the shirts with the number imprints as well, are Egyptians forbidden from buying their own team kits ??? Why is Puma not caring for us, I agree with you Ali we should move to Adidas, no team has moved with them and didn\'t have a decent shirt to wear, such a shame e\'re still with Puma...

Great kits.

The pics are a bit too super-imposed for me though. Feels a bit unsavory, like Eto\'o would never really be seen dead playing kickabout with those kids so they had to photoshop the background on top.

Still, really good kits this time from Puma. Very impressive.

The shirts the footballers are wearing are tight indeed, but the one\'s being sold aren\'t tight. Just as the Holland 08/10 home shirt. Really tight, but when i bought it I noticed that it wasn\'t tight. Maybe a limited edition?

Why does they put the Lion King\'s musical logo on the shirt?

A clever design concept in general but Puma should come up with something individual for each team. This template is already overused

u definitely right bud, every team should have its personalized jersey. I guess puma is just trying to save money on the designs

they are way too tight, well the ladies will like it because of their pecks, and six packs, the puma jerseys always remind me of those skins tops that they were underneath a proper jersey
