home shirt is ok,but nothing special...
away shirt good, nut would have been better without all the yellow on the sleeves.. but that's just my opinion..

I agree completely. The simplicity of pinstripes is undermined by the business on the sleeves.

I like the black pin stripes but the yellow sleeves keep this from being great.

The sleeves are one of the best bits about it for me, think how plain it'd look without them.

It isn't great, but it is on par with smaller leagues like from Denmark. Give it some time.

You don't have to say that !
American people don't even see how MLS are a good league !
They're not ridiculous against the great european clubs, I remember AC Milan at home against La Galaxy, only 1-0 for Milan...
It's a better performance than a lot of european clubs...
For me, MLS is better than the french Ligue 1...
(If I must compare with an european league)

And american soccer player play better year after year... I'm sure one day we'll win the World Cup, and a lot of good American players goin' to Premier League (As Fulham with Howard, Dempsey and Johnson, ...)

As a yank I will say that I'm definitely biased but we are way better than the smaller leagues in Europe. The only leagues that are better are England, Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and only the elite teams from Scotland, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico are better. It's typical that Europeans think they are way better than us and that the MLS is a poor league. Until last year with Everton no one had beat our All-Star team. Not even the mighty Chelsea.

MMmmm... I'm not okay with what you says...
The only leagues that are better are England (yes) and Italy and Spain, Germany but not France or Holland or any other league...

And the difference of England and the other league is : Every english clubs are good, in Premier League, Championship, league one and two... But in Spanish and Italian league the only clubs that are good is Real, Barça, Athletico Madrid, Ac Milan, Inter Milan, As Roma, Lazio, Juve, but the other teams suck...

to sickboycool: I don't laugh at your championship, but in Europe (and so from France for me) we feel americans aren't keen on "soccer".
But your national team is better and better , such players as Carlos Bocanegra (Stade Rennais) or Charlie Davies( FC Sochaux, currently injuried) are good enough at their positions

You are right in saying that "Americans" are not keen on soccer. I'm a huge fan and still play in some rec leagues at 27 but it is definitely a niche market here in the US. I only came to soccer late in my sports experience following baseball(which I hate), basketball, american football and golf(which I really like but suck at profusely). I only came late because when I was growing up it really wasn't seen as a cool sport to play. Now however things are changing and I would say that 75% of the kids who play youth sports have played soccer it's just a matter of getting the elite athletes to stick with it.

Im English, and therefore should think the Yanks are dump to footy, but the fact is, they aren't. They are getting better and better, and with the amount of people in The States, and the money they have for facilities etc. It's easy to find 11 players who can compete at the top level. We currently have Dempsey, Donovan, Guzan, Howard, Freidel, Spector to name but a few who can and do play at the highest level in English footbal, arguably the greatest league in the world!

Yes but I get the feeling that people think that we just have elite players but our overall quality is low. There is a lot of young talent here. It could be better but some of the best athletes get hijacked by baseball, basketball, american football and many more sports. You lose a minimal amount to rugby and cricket.

I hope the 2010 world cup will be a step forward for you and perhaps ultimately give soccer the space they deserve in your country

I've always liked Columbus kits and these are still good. The yellow on the sleeves is a bit much, but I think that in the actual shirt it will look very nice.

I like that the last few seasons the crew have mixed it up with their away look. First a wide yellow stripe, now pinstripes. Good to see somebody not just making color changes to one of 3 templates.

Great kits, maybe the best of the new MLS designs. I wasn't thrilled with the Greece jersey when it cam out but that template looks awesome in yellow and black. The black with the yellow pinstripes looks just brilliant. Way to go Adidas on these two.
