dinamo zagreb 10-11 diadora centenary shirts

To mark 100 years of Dinamo Zagreb, technical sponsor Diadora decided to make a special collection that celebrates 100 years of the club.

The collection is marked by two commemorative stars on the arms, each symbolizing ten titles between 1911 and 2011. The collection consists of dresses , formal suits , polo shirts , official shirts and hats.

In the first part of the season, Dinamo will play its European games in dark blue (home- European) and gold (away European) kits.

Technical sponsor Diadora and its distributor for the Republic of Croatia, Pro Sports  Ltd. will begin selling the commemorative collection in October 2010, in retail stores and Top Sport Dinamo outlets and through telephone sales .

Quoting fcsv:

NKDZ worn Umbro from season 2001/2002 to season 2006/2007. In season 2007/2008 they signed a 6 year deal with Diadora and this is 3rd set of Dinamo kits by Diadora.
These are last two:

I 'd prefer to stay with last season's shirts...

Those two 2010-11 shirts look cheap... "second division" shirts

Poor kits, look cheap and glad Scotland got rid of them - though I thought they went bust?

Reminiscent of Kappa kits you'd see circa 1996-1998.

NKDZ was founded on 26 April 1911, but have really interesting history too long for these comments, just to say that in 1945. communist came to power and changed the name, but on papers they formed a new club, although they continued playing on the same stadium, mostly with same players, coach, physio, same board, same fans, in same kits... Dont know about Wikipedia, but UEFA confirmed that NDKZ succeeds all the trophies won before 1945.
Not a myth, they just changed a lot of names due to politics (NKDZ lived through 6 states: Austria-Hungary, Country of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, Independent State of Croatia, Socialist Federalist Republic of Yugoslavia and current Republic of Croatia), so the names were:
1911-1945 PHŠK Građanski
1945-1948 FD Dinamo
1948-1991 NK Dinamo
1991-1993 HAŠK Građanski
1993-2000 FC Croatia
2000-present NK Dinamo Zagreb

lol....
Correct me if I am wrong, but Građanski from 1911-1945 is totally different club from the one founded in 1945...

The only reason Dinamo is celebrating 100 years is because they are jealous to Hajduk Splits 100 year anniversary.

Dinamo is in reality "only" 65 years old, not 100

Mcek ,come on mate! Aree you one of Tudjmans historians???
Before the WWII there were Gradjanski and HASK ,rivals in Zagreb. Dinamo couldn't,just couldn't be succesor od either. But Tudjamn tried to celebrate HASK's foundation year as Dinamo's birthday.....Man you're so funny with your myths and fairytales

Dont compare me mate with Tuđman, if there were any clubs older than HAŠK, he would have probably attach them too
But this is history, its just a shame that, because of Tuđman's crap in '90s, people look at it like its some Mamić's fantasy.
I remember what my grandpa told when I was a kid - "(FC) Croatia is our sad present, Građanski our proud history and Dinamo, let God help us, our future." It was 1996

"In the first part of the season, Dinamo will play its European games..."

Hahaha! They'll play what? European games?

They will indeed - all 4 of them.

Their European saga ends in the qualifiers of either continental cup competition, as always...

As for the shirts? Horrendous.

NKDZ last 3 years in UEFA competitions:

2007/2008 - 2nd & 3rd qual. round of CL (4), knockout round of UEFA cup (2), UEFA cup group stage (4), TOTAL: 10
2008/2009 - 1st, 2nd & 3rd qual round of CL (6), knockout round of UEFA cup (2), UEFA cup group stage (4) - TOTAL: 12
2009/2010 - 1st & 2nd qual. round of CL (4), 3rd qual. round of EL (2), EL group stage (6) - TOTAL: 12

Last time Dinamo dropped out in qualifications was 5 years ago, and I wonder... which club do you support? Hajduk which dropped out every single season in qualifications last ten years, we remember 8:0 of Debrecen, and yesterdays 3:1 of Dinamo Bucarest... Partizan? We won more points in group stage of EL last season than you in all your seasons in that competition in total! Red Star? Just a bit better than Hajduk...

Only one team in existence today in Croatia was founded in 1911, and we all know who that team is. This is a truly pathetic way of trying to take away from Hajduk's centenary celebrations from the leadership of dinamo...BTW, dinamo took Gradanski's colors and HASK"S stadium, so should'nt they have had their centenary celebrations 7 years ago??? HASK was founded in 1904 for all the dinamo fans here...

First: Dinamo left from Koturaška (Građanski's stadium) to Maksimir (HAŠK's stadium) 6 years after the banning of those clubs.
Second: Its not trying to take stg away, its just that we couldnt adjust to every regime in Croatia so they had to change us. You changed yourself.
Third: HAŠK was founded in 1903.

The kits are really nice. I like the gold sleeve on the navy one and the gold one would really look good with a champions league badge on it. :-)

My bad on the year of HASK's foundation, and to Govnovod, how do you expect the other people on this site to understand anything if we all speak Croatian??? Anyway, dinamo's official date of foundation is 9 June 1945 just as katalan mentioned above, and that's a fact...
