HORRIBLE!
GOTTA ADMIT IT'S PURE CLASS THOUGH.
plus its looks very classcant wait to get a lonsleeved rooney!!
I think it's better with the two shades. It'll look nice.
I also wish that the crest on the shorts was tonal like the home shorts.
I can remember numerous sky blue away kits in the 80's! The one with the darker blue lion imprint that looked like Hoffenheim kit (or some german team!!) It is boring tho! We need something more classy now!!
Overall classy kit. My hats off to Umbro for not keeping to variations of kits and going original on most designs.
They didn't put the star above the crest until after 1998 when France added theirs. So '66 had been ignored for decades. This at least is for a larger artistic purpose.
Umbro's blog also says that hiding the star with tonal thread is about including the star to honor '66, but not burdening the current team with the expectations of repeating their accomplishments.
I think you can do pretty much whatever you want as long as there is an artistic purpose for it.
The socks though came out last year as change home socks and i own a pair.
England :adore:
They certainly look similar, but they're not the same.
nevertheless it does look good.
But in a few weeks time, I may think differently. I did when the home came out, and I think that look class now.
Hope they get humped in the World Cup.
Umbro is doing a fantastic job with the "tailored" line
How does using shirts with abstract stripes for the past 30 years outweigh the use of plain ones for most of their history?? The shirts are classic, clean, and although retro, are very forward thinking in concept.
we have to meeet some guys to win again. Banks, Ball, Hurst,
Charlton, Peeters and why not, Nobby Stiles...
cheers

Given that England were drawn first for that match, they'll probably be wearing the white kit for their inevitable 3-0 victory.
Sounds interesting, do you have a link, at all?
and germany will be in control of a new dictator? NO I DIDN'T THINK SO EITHER SAME ODDS OH AND REMEMBER 1999 AND 2001 MUFC AND ENGLAND 2-1 AND 5-1 SO ZIP YOUR EGOTISTICAL LIPS
Haven't heard of it yet.

umbro is owned by nike we only stay umbro because it's an ENGLISH BRAND what is it with the scots and being bloody sour
I recently bought this shirt, but it doesn't seem to hang correctly and the stitching at the shoulders bunches up to the point that when worn, they stick out.
Has anyone else had this problem or could my shirt be faulty?
sounds like you bought faulty goods
i hate you
