We already showed you a leaked France 2010 shirt picture last week, but today Raymond Domenech has revealed the list of players selected for the two meetings for the 2010 World Cup playoff, against the Republic of Ireland.

At the press conference, the French coach also unveiled the new 10/12 Home adidas shirt, which the Blues will wear Saturday, November 14, at Croke Park Stadium and Wednesday, November 18 at the Stade de France.

The new France 2010 Adidas Football shirt will be available through the FSC Shop

I like it. At least Adidas are making some good kits for the World Cup. Let's hope Argentina and Spain aren't crap.

I don't like it I must admit. I thought their last strip was a really good departure from the clashing red and blue that makes France's shirts so unapealling these days - simplicity, that's the key, that's what Nike will bring. Mind, I bought the last shirt and the quality was very poor, so here's hoping this improves on that.

GhostXIII what the f**k are you talking about? Or are you merely being facetious? Adidas have not made some "good kits for the world cup." My god I'm up in the loft here drinking mouthwash looking at old shoot magazines from the 80's. As I have already said under different guises, adidas france kits were the best in world football, no question, it's just something about them. But this mis-shapen, messy, climacool, souless re-hash has made me upset. I'm not talking to you anymore. All new adidas kits for the world cup are so far removed from the great ethos of the adidas kits of the 70's, 80's and 90's. I'm not some retro-[censored]ual nutter. I just don't like crap designs. I genuinly never thought I'd see the day when I'd be pleased england had umbro instead of adidas. Hope france qualify though. The world cup needs you there [despite your crap shirt!]

Gervillian swike. I bought the current france top aswell cos it's a classic. But I agree, the quality is awful. After one day it was covered in bobbles. Proper big bobbles aswell.. and snags. Still nice shirt though.

Love it - 1984 and 1998 classic design updated. Not sure what the rubbery dark blue things are for though - aerodynamic performance perhaps to reduce drag for when the shirt flaps in the wind. Much like the modern athletics apparel is like these days.

You know, as much as I think French football is awful, this shirt is actually pretty [censored]y. Not [censored]y enough for me to refrain from laughing after France finish last in their World Cup group on one point with no goals scored, but still pretty [censored]y.

Get rid of the ugly red and white slashies on the front, its horrible. They just needed to make France jersey to look plain man, then It'll be a masterpiece.

I love that design. The only thing I'm not fond of are those dark patterns on the chest/shoulders. They don't seem to look right, but they aren't really noticeable other than on the second image.

I agree #eire and I fully apologise to ghost XIII. The fact it isn't 1986 gets to me sometimes. I'm Gonna vent my spleen somewhere else. About something that actually matters. Anyway I'm off into the shed to eat my raw Fray Bentos pie.

I would like it more if the red and white pattern wasn't interrupted by the stitching. If it had more flow it might look less...... manufactured. Its like a lot of the American football teams who wear stripes over the shoulders, the way the shirts are made now, they dont go completely around and It takes away from their overall look.

I like the France shirt, but the subtle touches could've made it SO much better

This is a beauty.
Modern yet very traditional, and looks fantastic in motion. I thought I would hate the techfit, but it works on this kit, not sure I'll feel the same about the Spain kit.
Well done adidas, far better than the current club templates (see Chelsea home, "the horror... the horror")
