Hajduk Split 2010/11 Umbro Kits

Here are the new Hajduk Split kits produced by Umbro for the 2010/11 Croatian Prva HNL season.

Hajduk are one of Croatia's most successful club teams, they have won 6 Croatian league titles and 9 league titles as part of a united Yugoslavian league.

With the occasion of Hajduk's one hundredth year anniversary, the club launched their new kits for the new season.

The home shirt is all-white with golden details decorated around it, the sleeves, the collar and the club logo also, which has the dates of the establishment of the team. The shirt is more than this though, there are hoops in the shirt, not made of solid colour as per usual but with lyrics of the club's anthem, 'Bili su bili vrhovi planin'. Also down the sides of the shirt are decorated with a pattern of three crowned lions, part of the Dalmatian coat of arms.

The away shirt is a more typical hooped shirt, in the form of blue and white solid stripes, horizontal over the shirt. The shirt also celebrates the clubs centenary, with the same gold details across the shirt. As well as this there is a 'Hajduk Split 1911' motif on the back of the collar.

Remind anyone else of the arsenal away kit from a few years back?

Nice. Nike and Umbro are making some very nice kits this year. Come to think of it, Adidas and even Puma aren't that bad too.

The first one does look like that Arsenal one from a few years back, and I think it's a great shirt. Is just me or do the logos seem to be too low down on the hooped one and the shorts matched with the wrong kits?

It's an optical illusion. The hoops make it look lower than usual but since both shirts are side-by-side you can actually see that the badges (umbro and club) are on the same level.

One word in reply to that

Torcida

The home is beautiful, with the gold collar and writing, very special indeed. Away should really be red and blue, but its good nontheless

The Arsenal 07-08 away kit was the first thing I thought of too. That kit was delish though, and so is this.

I'm a Gooner and the Arsenal didn't come to mind when I saw this beauty. Trust me, many of you may have never heard of the "Hajduci" but they are class, of course not within the reaches of Arsenal class - but its a different kind, Croatian class, if you will.

i agree with robbo1888, the shorts are with the wrong kits. the blue shorts don't go with the home shirt, which is absolute class.

well, maybe you think that, but it was always like that. White shirt-blue shorts.

It is Hajduk's traditional kit...white shirt, blue shorts and blue socks. The away kit is usually red-blue but this is great too.

During the premiere of the shirt against HSV there was no big sponsor, just "Croatia Osiguranje" above Umbro logo:

I read today in a Croatian paper that the shirts were made without the blessing of the club...the main issue is with the centenary logo which looks too much like Inter's from 2 years ago. The shirts are both fantastic, hope they don't ruin them...

I hope Švaguša- doesn't ruin the shirt with that awful 100-year logo.It is childish logo.
Kit is nice, but I hoped for more retro style

I think they still might make a retro one for the game against Slavia or Sparta on the official date Feb 13 next year...I can't stand that centenary logo either...
