inter milan 10-11 nike home shirt

Internazionale revealed the new home football shirt made by Nike, which will be available here.

Since its founding in 1908, Inter have worn black and blue stripes. It is rumored that black was chosen to represent night and blue was chosen to represent the sky. Aside from a short period during the World War II, Inter continued to wear the black and blue stripes, earning them the nickname Nerazzurri.

It looks like a target, but it´s the badge of the Italian Cup Champions. It may not be traditional Inter, but it´´s a really cool design, I liked it

And there is not a second star yet. Only when the team reaches 20 serie A titles.

Target is for the Italian Cup. No second star as they haven't won 20 Scudettos yet. Very cool shirt btw!

I wish the Italian Cup symbol was in line with the other two crests, but otherwise I'm a fan. Nike managed to blend tradition with innovation on this design, can't say that for some of their's this season

Very good. Really didn't like it when I first seen it, but from a distance it looks good. Close-up not so much.

Would prefer that Italian clubs went back to the old way of replacing the club badge with the Scudetto shield when they're champions.

Same feeling as ChelseaBlueBoy... in the first pictures it looked awful (probably a prototype?) then now it's cool... and it's a Juventus supporter to say that...

Btw sorry guys Juventus is the only one in Italy to have two stars, and if it wasn't for its dishonest management, it would have probably three by far (we had 29 championships back in 2006, then they removed us two!!)

same template as the world cup kits just without the contrasting horizontal tape on the sleeves. Shows that Nike can be innovative while using the same template.

black for the night, blue for the sky, and a few of yellow for the stars. It's in the first statement in 1908, were founders also wrote "we are internazionale because we are friend of all the world". Wise and cool statement, for that time infected with nationalism and just a few years before WWI

Inter's famous black and blue stripes take inspiration from the skin of the Biscione (big snake), the symbol of FC Internazionale and the city of Milan.

this jersey better than Rubentus... their f*ckin jersey didn't have philosophy...

As a diehard Juventino and Inter-hater, I have to say I am EXTREMELY JEALOUS of these kits. My 2nd favourite shirt this year, after Werder Bremen home.
LOVE the zigzag/fade/checker/plaid? stripe pattern. (Would have looked better in black and white :P)
VERY ENVIOUS of the simple v-neck collar. Juve needed a crew or a v like this.
Liking the 90's feel and the simple detailing as well.
Bravo Nike.
