Leicester City burrda 10-11 away kit

Leicester City revealed the new 10/11 away kit made by their new kit manufacturer Burrda.

The Club have confirmed that the fundamental design of the home kit will remain the same as last season, albeit with the already planned change of badge, to move away from the special 125 Anniversary badge used last season and now with a change of brand on the front of the shirt.

Hoos added "Burrda passed with flying colours a rigorous process regarding quality, design and delivery, to ensure supporters and players continue to receive kit and training wear that is of the highest quality. "

A limited number of City's kits for 2010-11, including the new all yellow away kit, which will include the option for supporters to include a small national flag of their origin on the reverse of the shirt, will be available on-line from 9am on Thursday July 15 and in store from 8am on Saturday July 17.

Thanks to Alex and James

Like many off-brand kits, it looks cheap and Sunday league-ish. Something you'd get for a good price in the back of a catalog.

No matter how good or bad a football kit is done - some people will always say, they look cheap when there's no famous brand logo on it. Really sad... Footbbal shirts sometimes are really nice - allthough there's no swoosh, three stripes or umbro logo look on the top.

I like this one. Nice, decent kit. Could be better with a blue collar and blue stripes on the sleeves. Good job though...

I couldn't care less about the brand - take away all logos and you're left with a cheap looking kit. The material is too shiny, the striping is inconsistent, the shorts look ill-fitting, the tone of yellow is so bright and pale (probably because the material is cheap). This kit is plain without being clean.

I'll gladly bash adidas kits (and have a lot in the past few years) for poor design. So I don't see any reason why punches should be pulled with these off brands if their kits look poor.

Joma, then Burrda, same as Watford. Interested in what the home kit is as you don't seem to have seen that and we haven't seen our away kit. Don't be surprised if there's a 70's retro white stripe down one side.

Just in defence of Watford and Burrda, the new shirt was £10 off on pre order, so ok at £28 inc p&p. Hopefully same sort of deal from LCFC for their fans. Quality ok as well, but frankly I wouldn't want to pay much over 30 quid for any of these shirts.

Blast from the past, I really love the 70’s collar. Just need the shorts to be tighter and this would be the best kit of the year.

Nice and retro, love plain looking kits. Some people moan about wanting good looking kits like those of old - but then moan about things being dull and plain

The kits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s were hardly Harrods quality fashion symbols - it's a football kit!

I for one think the plain shiny yellow is great, better than the high viz yellows and oranges of lately.

I work in Leicester, I get loads of stick and banter from Foxes fans and don't really like Leicester City , but fair play - I think this is a fine looking kit.

Since when have there been good looking women in Leicester?

They must be students.

It's Leeds United circa 1973!

I was looking for Peter Lorimer, before I realised it was a Leicester Kit!

We're keeping last years home and away, except with a different supplier logo and the 125 logo replaced by the normal one :)

I don't mind this new away though, like the collar but wish there was a bit more blue on it. Still probably end up getting it though :)

I quite like it's simplicity, and like others, I approve of the retro collar/neckline. As for people saying it looks cheap, if you look at the material and the lines at the side of the shirt and the collar, its a carbon copy template of the old Puma Metz shirt from 2003-04,

http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/European-Clubs-French-Clubs-Metz/c22_295_317/p262060/2003-04-Metz-Home-Shirt-M/product_info.html?osCsid=ipecscl4547s5f2j3lv0fsuu60

That's not a bad thing by the way. Good effort though on the whole.
