Leyton Orient 10-11 puma kits

Leyton Orient have unveiled their new PUMA kits for the 2010/11 season. Both home and away kits go on sale in the O's Superstore on Saturday May 1, with this year's design unique to the O's.

The home kit features Orient's traditional red, with the shirts including a black trim. The change strip is predominately white, with red and black detail, and both are modelled here by Scott McGleish and Ben Chorley.

PartyGaming take their kit sponsorship into a fourth year, and PartyCasino, the world's largest online casino, will again appear on the front of the shirts.

O's commercial manager Chris Pope said: "For this year's kit we have extended our relationship with all things Orient by selecting a slightly deeper colour called Chinese Red, and have opted for a classic style of shirt, a simple red with a black trim.

"Our white shirt is equally unique and in keeping with the design of the home shirt. We trust it will be a popular design.

"We want to give O's fans the chance to wear their shirts with pride over the summer so we have decided to break the mould of the £40 replica shirt and reduce the price by a quarter on adult shirts to £30.

"Remember, once the first ball is kicked in our first home game of the season the prices will revert back to £40 and £30 (juniors) so be sure to get your new shirt before this deadline!"

PartyGaming spokesman Warren Lush added: "We're pleased to be renewing our shirt sponsorship with the O's for the fourth season running and wish Orient's management, players, staff and all the supporters all the very best for next season."

Very very bland generic kits, and the sponsor is horrific

looks like this is the standard puma design for this year.
sleeves too long, overall fit too loose

Orient used to wear some right crackers

...

but now they just wear red. It's a shame. They used to be a source of interesting designs. They've not been given a good one for years.

That second Bukta template is what Watford used in their 1991 - 93 Centenary kit. Did Orient cover the Bukta logo with something else after Bukta went bust?

I also remember the Acclaim checked red and white kit - 1996 I think?

very simple designs, but kudos to the club for the offer they've put on them until the first game of the season.

Don't go ape at PUMA though, it's not them, it's a Genesis kit, and again not their fault O's fans are "lumped" with this, it's the club that chooses, and approves the designs at the end of the day.

My oh my, no wonder why Orient are at the wrong end of the table. I mean look at their star player......he has a belly that could rival Rick Waller's!
