The Mexican Football Federation and adidas, presented a Mexico 2010 Bicentennial football kit. (In 2010 Mexico celebrates 200 years of Independence (1810) from the Spanish Crown.)
Only 10000 are produced and include the official Bicentennial logo on a shield placed on the right sleeve and the serial number recorded gold at the bottom left.

the white kit should have been the original away kit and the black kit should be the celebratory bicentenial kit. personally i like the black it better.
However, they've obviously gone for the money spinner as just putting a patch on the world cup shirt wouldn't have sold much and a redesign about 6 months after the last kit came out would have been too costly/annoyed too many.

There not in north or south america its classed as central america however they are a member of CONCACAF (which is their version of UEFA for the carribean, north and central america) therefore they do not play brazil and are not rivals.

They have always been the class of CONCACAF and, in a way, should rightfully count both Argentina and Brazil as their rivals.
