Yes, Medio Tiempo interviewed a sales representative from Adidas, who confirmed that both the shorts and socks will be black... looking forward to see the whole uniform on the field!

How often are there really fake kits on this site. Like 1 in 700 and on every new kit that comes out we get people that say it's a fake. I like the goalkeeper kit as well. I'm not huge on Adidas but they did a great job on the Mexico kits.

The GK kit don't like very much

Hey i got a question. According to the FIFA World Cup Regulations, you have to have 2 kits with different colors, one predominantly dark and one predominately light.

"Each team shall inform FIFA of two different and contrasting colours (one predominately dark and one predominately light kit) for its ofﬁ cial and reserve team kit (shirt, shorts and socks). In addition, each team shall select three (3) contrasting colours for the goalkeepers. This information shall be sent to FIFA on the team colour form. Only these colours may be worn at the matches."

The green and black shirts appear to be both predominately dark so is FIFA going to allow this?

Hope they don't i really don't like this, neither the green one, i think i'll stick to my Mexico '86

They will definitely allow them both to be played in as the Mexican green is a lot lighter in contrast to the black.

You need to have some serious eye problems if you were to confuse the two as a referee or player.

In Germany 2006, Portugal registered two dark uniforms: a very dark red one and a black one. And in both cases, the shorts and socks had the same colors as the jerseys.

Mexico home uniform is green with white shorts and socks, while the visitors uniform is all in black. So, not so similar if you ask me.

Trust me, this won't be an issue at all.

this jersey is beautiful..i think the whole point of making the green home jersey was because adidas knew that by keeping that same template they would be making such a beautiful away kit..it's a risk they had to take.

this jersey will be one of the best ones in the world cup, next to Germany's home kit
