The one-off shirt, which Millwall's first team wore in the anniversary match against Burnley on Saturday 2nd October, is on sale now at £45.

The first club/manufacturer I remember to incorporate this idea in shirt was Alaves for their brilliant run to 2001 Uefa Cup final which they unluckily lost 5-4 to Liverpool.

Does anyone have an earlier example?

infact it was manchester united in 1998 with there blue and white strip shirts with all the names on the blue strips on the shirts thay won the league that season too winning it at boro 3.0

Swansea City did it with their red away shirt in their last season at Vetch Field in 2005. Looks like a well-trodden path now. Still, nice idea all the same.
