Next season 2010/11 marks 125 years since Scottish workers at Morton's Jam Factory on the Isle of Dogs decided to form a football club which they named Millwall Rovers and whose colours would be the Dundee blue of their homeland.
To mark this milestone, the new kit manufacturers Macron will be producing a special limited edition souvenir shirt which will be worn by the team for one fixture near the date of the club's formation in October 2010. More details about this will become available in due course.
In addition, initial design work for next season's home kit has already been undertaken, but the final decision on the new strip will be made by Millwall fans.
In conjunction with the MSC, Millwall FC are giving Season Ticket Holders and Members the chance to choose between two designs, with the one receiving most votes being adopted as the official kit for 2010/11.
You will note that the major differences are that Kit A has gold piping but no collar.
