notthingham forest 10-11 home umbro kit

We already showed you some leaked pictures, but here it is … Nottingham Forest's official home shirt for the 2010-11 season in the npower Championship.

Forest stars Chris Cohen and Lee Camp unveiled the new kit on the Brian Clough Statue in Nottingham's Old Market Square this morning, while also modelling it themselves.

Maintaining the Garibaldi red colour that is worn with pride by Forest fans, the new home kit goes on sale tomorrow (Wednesday 28 July) and is expected to be a huge hit with supporters.

The striking new kit can also be seen tomorrow when Robin Hood, the club's mascot, and some very special supporters in the form of Forest's 'biggest fans' model the new strip at the Nottingham Riviera.

I agree. Reminds me of the England away shirt, also made by Umbro. And I love the subtle striping pattern.

How is he a ram when he was born in boro (and is record holdr of goals/game ratio (4 them)) n he did more successful things with forest then he did with those out of reality sheep - how does 1 league title make u the best in the world, i mean McKay got just as many titles 4 ewes?

Could have used a white collar or white trim on the sleeves... and it looked better sponsor-less.

Yeah, but we all knew it would be there. As far as sponsors go, this one isn't as intrusive as a lot of others. *CoughFulhamcough *

Very good, though sponsor (as with all football shirts) ruins it, slightly. Have always felt that the Forest badge should be bigger, as well.

Cut the back of the shirt from waist to neck, then clipped it together.
Oh and the shirt now looks like a red shirt with a sponsors name on it.

The shirt looks "nice", a week ago I thought it was really good but it just seems to be missing something. I'd say its almost forgettable, unless forest have a good season in it of course.

Good effort, missing something.

It seems that I'm always drawn to Umbro designs. I love sleek and simple shirts like the home and that keeper kit is also really nice with an eye catching green and black combination.

Soon after learned the Forest online store opened for business and saw the new home shirt, I visited there and ordered six of them (3 SS, 1 with the badge; 3 LS, 2 with the badge) this morning , simply the best designed shirt out there. (Yes, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better than some of the top-tier clubs' around the world.)

The style of the shirt really fits with the sponsor, VC's logo as well, boy, I just can't ask for more, this shirt is 10/10, 100/100, A++++!

What baffles me after witnessed this spectacle is why so many other clubs and the manufacturers parntered with them out there failed to deliver a simple football shirt for their players and fans seasons in and seasons out will never be logically explained . Luckily, when collaborated with my Forest, both the club and Umbro are not clueless on this garment subject.

Hope Umbro and Forest will not switch this template in the future, and time to go back EPL, Forest !

This is a nice kit but the sponsor's logo is awful and brings the shirt down from about 8/10 to 5/10.

A tacky sponsor can really ruin a shirt.
