OB Odense from Denmark has presented a new 10/11 away kit made by Puma.

The new kit was worn for the first time, this sunday in the away match against current title holders FC København. The yellow and black are iconic away colours in OB, as they were the colours worn, when OB knocked Real Madrid out of the UEFA cup in 1994, and also when OB won their last title, a Cup win against FCK in 2007.

I don't like how boxy the neon yellow is... just seems kind of weird.

However, this is in my opinion the only way fluorescent and bright colors work... as an accent on a black or dark colored base... and never as the focus (a la Chelsea 08?)

I instantly think of Dortmund. I think the blue badge would be better in colours more apt to the kit.

And we lost the match 5-0...
Not much luck in the new shirt, it seems. It replaces a shirt that is much, much cooler, and the reception from the OB fans has been one of disbelief over the ugliness of this shirt.

It really is quite horrible.

I saw the match Yesterday and the kit is not all that bad when you see it in a real play- but never the less it´s not a beauty and a bit borring.
